1- Interesting case of caste, society and judiciary together depriving a scheduled caste woman rape victim of her land – for media

In the year 2000 a scheduled caste miner girl was raped by a rogue a rape case was registered, and he was convicted. 2- Victim family approached local MLA for compensation & local MLA has pursued with revenue administration & in the year 2002, local Tahsildar has allotted 5 cents land to rape victim girl. Since she was minor house land allocation proceedings were issued on name of her mother.

Census 1871...we already know there was no hindu religion...the British grouped castes which follow/ under control of brahmins into hindus...lets see how they classified...
