The easiest business you will ever start:
- Has high demand
- Has low competition
You want to walk into a market as the only person who has something everyone wants.
Then, you sell it to them.
Here are 11 businesses with virtually no competition:
1/ Dog poop scooper
I met a guy making ~$20k/mo with pretty decent margins doing this.
The ticket amount is low, so you need high density.
It's a needed service that is pretty hard to find.

I’m booking a safari and just got off the phone with a local company.
Smoothest sales pitch I’ve ever heard. I dropped $5K in 10 minutes.
In fact, I was *relieved* to hand over my credit card. THAT’S how dialed in this company’s pitch was.
Here’s the 4 step sales process they used on me:
The first thing they did? 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐧 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞.
While other safari companies were hiding behind contact forms and getting back to me in “1-2 business days”, these folks were like "Hello, want to see some lions?"
No-brainer, but already puts them wayyy ahead of competition.

I run a national Airbnb cleaning franchise with over 30 locations in the US.
The crazy part: one of the hottest Airbnb territories in the Southeast hasn't been taken yet.
Here is why Charleston, South Carolina is a hidden gem: 1) Proven Market -
You might already know that big players like Molly Maids and MaidPro already do well here, which proves that Charleston has a strong demand.
But these companies cater to a different demographic, leaving the Airbnb niche wide open for disruptions.

I manage my 7-figure home service business on auto-pilot with just 1 meeting per week.
How? Using the Level 10 meeting structure.
Here's the EXACT template you can copy:

Hi, I'm Neel and I run @MaidThis, a national cleaning franchise with 28 locations.
I hired a super expensive consultant to implement the EOS system in my biz to help me run it on autopilot.
But, I found the EOS system way too bulky.
So, I stripped it down to a version I call EOS Lite and I'm sharing it to you here for free.

The 🔑: having a killer team run the ship.
But no one tells you HOW to assemble the right team to manage your business for you.

WARNING: this is a long ass post.
But I have a sneaky suspicion it's the most valuable thread you'll read all week.
I decreased my work hours to < 5 hours per week by implementing the EOS system.
WTF is EOS and why do you need it?
Here’s EXACTLY how it works (Part 1 of 5) 🧵
✅ First off...WTF is EOS?
The Entrepreneur Operating System is a set of rules on how to manage your biz.
You follow the system to create a PLAN to achieve your goals.
Then run systems to keep it on track.

Here are 6 quick guerrilla marketing tactics that are currently working: 💰

Some people seem to scale their biz to $1,000,000 super quickly.
For me, it took YEARS to get to 7-figures....
And I made a lot of really dumb mistakes along the way that slowed me down.
Here are 3 biggest mistakes I made (and how I'd do it now if I was starting from scratch):
Mistake 1: Maximize Customer Value
Seeing customers as a 1-time transaction was my biggest mistake.
Customers are doors that can be opened more than once. But if you just rely on automation, you're not maximizing their potential.
How do you maximize your past customers?

WTF is 'Profit First' and why do you need it?
I "found" $70,000 in spare cash in my biz just by implementing Profit First's budgeting system.
Here is EXACTLY how you can implement Profit First in your biz. Step-by-step.

First off....WTF is Profit First?
In short - it's a super simple budgeting system to organize the cash in your biz.
I think about it as the way to answer "how much $ do I have to expand?"
The system is based on the book titled Profit First by @MikeMichalowicz (sup Mike)

I run a $1,200,000 company 100% remotely.
The ONLY reason I can do this is with great systems.
But I’ve never seen anyone explain how to actually create systems when you’re starting from 0...
So let me show you how (in granular detail): ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1/ Choose your database
The most important decision you’ll make when building systems is which database to use.
I use Notion at @MaidThis because it’s visually simple for teammembers to understand.
Simple = Better.

I’ve used Zapier for >7 years
It helps my biz run on autopilot
Today, a friend asked me how I use it
So... in graphic detail... I showed them EVERY zap I use in my business

Here are the EXACT Zaps that make my biz run on auto-pilot:

Before I start, you need to know 2 things about me…
1/ As I’m writing this, I’m en route back from Nepal where I was doing Everest Basecamp. I was off the grid for 2 weeks.

I just hiked for 9 grueling days to Mt Everest.
I’m a desk jockey business owner with no prior hiking experience and only trained for 3 weeks.
If Everest Basecamp has ever been on your bucket list, bookmark this thread.
Here’s the story and everything you need to know👇
First off - after having completed this trek, I firmly believe that ANYONE with average fitness can do this.
The trek itself isn’t too technical. It’s long, yeah, but that’s expected.
The hard parts come from the unexpected…

Systems and Processes…
Systems and Processes…
Systems and Processes…
Everyone says they’re important.
But no one actually points a finger and says “go build a process for THAT”
Until now 🤯
Here are 16 easy systems/processes you can create in your biz immediately:
👇👇👇 1/ Employee reports
Have your employees take pictures and notes after completing their work.
- This helps the customer service team be informed.
- This encourages employees to be thorough
- This is good documentation to have if customers complain.

F**k it
I hate watching local businesses burn their cash on useless digital ads.
Please…
🛑STOP being creative
🛑STOP lighting cash on fire
🛑STOP reinventing the wheel
Instead, use this boring marketing playbook
It’s called “The Neighborhood Blitz”
Here’s how it works
👇
Generally, people need to see your brand 7-9 times before they buy.
My guess is that the number is closer to 4-5 for home service businesses because they fulfill an immediate need.

Every entrepreneur I know has a list of money-making ideas they won’t share.
I’m no different.
But there are a few business ideas on my list I know I don’t have time for...
They’re all cash cows.
So, go for it.
Steal these 5 money making business ideas:
1/ Mobile IV clinic -
Buddy of mine woke up super hungover a few hours before a long-leg flight.
He paid $200 for a mobile IV nurse to come to his place and hydrate him.
The process took ~15 minutes, he felt good as new, and gave the nurse a tip.

Right now, I have 18+ franchisees paying 6% royalty.
Some people may look at royalties and think highway robbery...
“Why pay 6% when I could build it myself and make more money?!?"
Then they see what it buys them…👀
Here’s exactly what you get with a franchise:
👇👇
The truth is that royalties pay for parts of your operating expenses.
That’s why a standard non-franchise cleaning company can have a 13% profit margin, for example...
But franchisees can hit over 13% after paying royalties AND getting support from their franchisor.

I used to think there were no “shortcuts” in business.
But I was wrong.
And you can get to financial freedom in half the time if you know those cheat codes.
Here are 7 shortcuts in business that actually work 🧵 1/ Automations
Every company you know uses 20+ softwares and 10+ communication channels.
- slack
- email
- text
- phone calls
- google reviews
- yelp/home advisor leads
- project management software
- Google Workspace/Microsoft office
- CRM
This is an absolute mess.

The wealthiest people I know own recession-resistant franchises.
Their success is based on the fact that if you own stable, cash-flowing businesses for a long time, you’ll get rich.
Here’s a list of my favorite recession-resistant franchises:
1/ Anything that cuts hair
I love the hair care industry
✅ Everyone has hair
✅ It never stops growing
✅ Haircuts are a huge part of someone’s identity and attractiveness
✅ They are cheap
✅ Low overhead industry (get it? Overhead?)

1/ Hire an overflow call center
In most businesses, you can make it rain if you literally just pick up the phone when a customer calls you.
So hire an overflow call center that answers the phone when your team is busy.
We use ReceptionHQ, but there’s a bunch of other options.
