Sana Sheikh, who was recently spotted in #SharkTankIndia has allegedly circumcised a Dalit man named Dipak Ramdas Sonawane.

Dipak is fighting a case against Sana & family of forced circumcision, extortion & caste abuse.
Dipak in his FIR said, "They hurl casteist abuses at me. They said, 'You belong to the Mahar caste. You people are filth-eaters'. Her family extorted Rs 11 lakh from me.”

As per NCRB, 74% of rape cases and 80% dowry cases filed in India end in acquittal.
Also, now we're discussing a law against #MaritalRape, here are my concerns regarding it:
Won't criminalizing marital rape make husbands vulnerable to harassment by their wives, especially becz the presumption of guilt will fall on men?
- Is there a real need for a law against marital rape?
Since the woman is free to file a complaint under Section 498A
