When some muslims hyper-focus on disproving evolution, something which the vast majority of biologists have a consensus on, they do themselves a disservice. They are missing the forest for the trees, perhaps even leaves. The central question is not about one particular theory, because there are many in science which seem "proven" that we could find conceptual problems with, (see for example Dan Linford's discussion of red-shift wrt the Big Band theory of cosmology).
