I'll start a thread on repeat Q's I've received I've regarding Bivalent Vax (all on this threa). I think there's a lot of tweets/publications that have been going around that have made folks grown concerned and question "the ideal approach". My answer is "it depends....". Q1 - "When should I get my bivalent vax"
Assuming you have completed your primary doses, you can technically get it anytime after 2 months after your last infection. You'll hear me and several colleagues talk about anywhere from 3-9 months in spreading out doses apart.

This paper is making the rounds with tons of uninformed takes on IgG4 related disease being associated with mRNA vaccines. The first thing I want to put to address that this is completely unsubstantiated claims with the authors outlining the uncertainty

science.org/doi/10.1126/sc… For those that are unfamiliar with IgG4 related disease (IgG4-RD) is a collection of disorders that share common characteristics and clinical features. These usually are accompanied with elevated IgG4 elevated serum, BUT elevated igG4 alone simply is not enough to diagnose this!
