Here are the results of my LDN Experience Survey with 130 participants. If you’ve had any experience with LDN—good or bad—please take the survey linked in the quoted post. I’m planning to prepare similar surveys for other “popular” medications in our community. I’d love to create a website to bring them all together. If anyone is interested in helping build the site, you’re very welcome! (1/5)⬇️
I promised you a long time ago to share how to make yogurt in the traditional Turkish way (where yogurt was invented). Here I am, sharing it with videos and explanations. If you haven’t succeeded yet, feel free to share your experience. I’ll do my best to give you my opinion⬇️
1. Put the amount of organic milk you want into a pan. (In the picture, you can see what I used. I used pasteurized milk, but you can use raw milk as well if you have a farm you trust.) I prefer stainless steel pans.
Bring the heat to medium low. Be careful not to let it stick to the bottom of the pan. This can happen easily with higher heat. It does not harm the yogurt, but it makes the pan very hard to clean.
Keep an eye on it until it starts to boil. I use my phone’s flashlight to check and catch the very beginning of the boiling process.
As soon as you see small bubbles forming, which is a sign that it is starting to boil, reduce the heat to the lowest setting and let it simmer gently for 20 minutes.
