A quick 🧵with some of today's highlights in the Delphi Murders trial. Biggest bombshell: defense witness Stacey Eldridge, a former FBI forensic examiner of computers and phones says when she reviewed ISP's phone extraction report on Libby German's phone, it shows that someone... connected wired headphones OR an auxiliary device to Libby's iPhone 6S at 5:45pm and disconnected it at 10:32 on 2/13/17 the night of the murders. This does not fit state timeline that has Richard Allen leaving scene before 4 p.m. and not returning...

According to the State's 40th witness, Master Trooper Brian Harshman/ISP, the only detail contained in any of Allen's confessions that "only the killer would know" is the one time he mentioned to prison psychologist Dr. Monica Wala that a van spooked him into stopping his plan... to SA Abby and Libby, and that's when they crossed the creek and he killed them. The witness says the van belongs to Brad Weber who lives at South end of the bridge, and he arrived home between 2:27-2:30 on 2/13/17. That's based off Weber clocking out of work @ Subaru plant...
