Interesting piece. I don't think it is as bad as some are making out, although I do get others issues with it. I don't agree with everything in the piece, and there are bits it gets okay.

newleftreview.org/sidecar/posts/… The idea that we should be "against industrial policy" is for the birds though. Sure, most industrial policy today fails on switching the ownership of the economy and tackling deep structural issues. But you don't have to have one without the other.
