Wade — began meeting in secret with wealthy Christian-right donors to plan a legal strategy aimed at public schools. #Education #ADF 🧵2/ They were inspired by a speech by former Trump AG Bill Barr as he received an award from ADF at a meeting of the Council for National Policy. At CNP, Barr outlined the case against public schools, which he said had become "cockpits for a vicious winner take all culture war."
