If I woke up 20lbs heavier and had to lose it all in the next 90 days, here are the 10 simple habits I'd start ASAP:

1. Eat protein at every meal. Aim for 30 to 40 grams a plate. It holds your muscle and kills cravings. 2. Lift weights 3-4 times a week.
