If you're struggling at the moment I just want to give a shout out for energy hygiene. COVID isn't just about washing your hands. Most of us are experiencing longterm stress. Our nervous systems are getting plenty of threat cues (whether we consciously register them or not). So do what you can to avoid adding any extra on top. This means avoiding violent/frightening media, limiting the amount of news you consume, reducing how much you're on social media, and avoiding people who you find a bit toxic.

Cues of safety - this is what your body needs.
