TRUTH
If you are in contact with sociopath narcissists you are in danger. They will make you physically and mentally unwell. They may kill, injure or make you so depressed that you feel you want to take your own life. They are dangerous, even if they don't lay a finger on you. You can't really dilute the truth about living with narcissists. There is no way you can speak about them without being blunt. At first you are in denial of how bad it is, you don't want to hear the truth. Eventually you wish you had listened when others told you to leave.
