🧵Analysis of footage from the Trump assassination attempt shows that Trump and David Dutch were hit in Crook's initial 3 shot volley. Corey Comperatore and James Copenhaver were struck by Crook's follow-up volley a few seconds later. As can be seen from this video, Dali starts billowing dark smoke from its funnel just prior to the turn that sets it on a course with the pillar.

At the same time the vessel appears to briefly lose power as many of the lights onboard go out for a few seconds. Dali starts billowing smoke at 01:25:39 EDT and then loses power for 30 seconds at 01:26:37. This is the exact point when the ship begins to alter course towards the bridge pillar.

🧵If this video was recorded on January 24th 2024, it poses as many questions as it answers.

Due to the Russian governments decision to add a cut in the middle, it is impossible to verify completely, but here are some things it does show: The video was indeed filmed at Chkalovsky airport in Moscow where Russia claims the Il-76 that was shot down departed from.

🧵After looking at all the currently available data on the al-Ahli Arab Hospital explosion, I have made two discoveries.

#1: The "rocket" in this video is in fact a Tamir interceptor missile launched by Iron Dome and not directly related to the explosion. #2 : Two of the videos thought to show the explosion at the hospital, which have been used in many analysis, do not show that blast, but another explosion in Gaza that happened approximately 20 seconds prior.

The first is the video from Netiv HaAsara.

The failed rocket launch is looking more and more like the culprit in the attack on the hospital.

This video shows the impact a few moments after an interception. The building burning in the video is the hospital.

Note the distinctive shape and solar panels on the roof of the building in the foreground.

🧵There are a few major points that never get mentioned in the Spiegel article, which add significant question marks to the Andromeda story.

- The owner of Feeria Lwowa
- Weather conditions
- Minerva Julie

spiegel.de/international/… The article mentions that the company that paid for the Andromeda charter, Feeria Lwowa, is run by a Ukrainian woman in Kyiv.

There is however no mention of the owner of the company "Diana B."

Seymour Hersh’s latest dementia rant is out which includes this gem: Image He also now claims that his intelligence sources have told him that the initial attack on the Kerch Bridge in October was done using US technology and submersible drones. Something that, like all Hersh’s statements is categorically false.

The Russian statement to attack civilian shipping going to any Ukrainian port can be add to the long list of poorly thought out Russian plans.

Ships going to the port of Izmail, Ukraine have to sail up through the Danube River on the border with Romania. Image So either Russia starts attacking shipping mixed in with shipping going to Galați, Romania while also risking attacking ships in Romanian waters

Or

They again have to move their “Red Line” and say that it is in fact all Ukrainian ports except Izmail.

Damage to the Kerch bridge looks significantly different to the previous attack on the bridge.

From the initial images, it appears that the blast happened below the span, possibly at one of piers.

Too early to say if it was a USV or missile at this time.

There looks to be limited damage to the actual concrete pier, though massive damage to the underside of the bridge.

The catwalk/wiring tray is completely destroyed near the pier, indicating that the blast origin was directly below that location. https://t.co/Py0Zl5gGNTtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…

“In 30 days, users must be Verified to access TweetDeck.”

Forcing people to pay for features that were previously free. People don’t want to pay for Blue unless you create value. Paywalling previously free features isn’t adding value, it will just drive people off the platform With Meta looking to launch “Threads” shortly, the next few months will be interesting. If Meta can leverage its current Facebook and Instagram userbase onto Project 92, it has the potential to grow extremely fast.

Our trip to the Southern Nord Stream 2 blast site revealed damage that was quite different to the previous images we had of the Nord Stream 1 site.

nyheder.tv2.dk/krimi/2023-06-… At Nord Stream 2 there was no large scale destruction with huge sections of pipe that were thrown hundreds of meter from the sites, instead there was a single clean break.

This caused one end of the pipe to bend upwards at an approx. 35 degree angle to a height of about 8m.

Hard to say anything positive about this.

After initially losing 4 M2A2 Bradley ODS-SA IFVs, 1 Leopard 2A6 and a BMR-2 armored demining vehicle in one location, 4 more M2A2 Bradley ODS-SA IFVs drove to the exact same position and started taking loses. The initial loses are pictured here after the vehicles seemingly hit a minefield disabling and detracking them. Image

Anyone who expected a Ukrainian counter-offensive against positions Russia has had a year to fortify not to experience heavy losses is a fool.

Several Leopard 2s and Bradley IFVs have been lost in the last few days, and we will see many more before the end of the operation. This does not mean however that the counter-offensive has failed. This will be one of, if not the toughest operation of the war and can be expected to take weeks if not months.

🧵Russian May 9th Parade 2023 vehicle composition thread. Now we finally get to compare this year's parade to the previous years'.

This year I have not seen an official lineup released for the first time.

Last year 131 vehicles took part, down from over 200 the previous years ImageImageImage I am expecting under 100 vehicles, with a distinct lack of MBTs compared to other years. Overall numbers will be pumped up by an increase in Tigr-Ms and similar.

Russia's official reaction to the SS-750 story can be summed up as "Nuh-uh", as they simply claim that it is impossible for the SS-750 to have been near the Nord Stream site prior to the explosions.

oalexanderdk.substack.com/p/official-rus… Additional research has been able to account for all Russian Baltic Sea Fleet submarines during the SS-750's activities on the 21-22nd September.

The Ufa (B-588) however has a over week where it is unaccounted for after a 100m dive test on the 6-8th September. Image

🧵In a press briefing, Russian MFA spokesperson Maria Zakharova came out with the weakest denial of Russian involvement in the Nord Stream sabotage that I have ever seen. Instead of making an excuse for the SS-750 and other vessels by claiming that they were a part of the exercises and these took place near Bornholm, the Russian MFA instead denies that the SS-750 could have been anywhere near the site, claiming it is impossible.

Shit like this is specifically why Twitter used to have the verification system in place. There was a reason that actual news organizations were verified and everyone didn't just get a stupid blue checkmark because they paid $8.

At least our browser extension still allows you to tell which news organizations were previously verified.

Twitter's increasing lack of any type of verification is exactly why we created the Legacy Verified Chrome extension. Being able to see who actually was legacy verified at a glance doesn't solve all problems, but it helps significantly.

github.com/roberrrt-s/leg… ImageImageImage The extension now also works on your timeline, not just on the profile pages.

It is currently being reviewed on the Chrome Web Store and will soon be available for download directly from there

Thanks to @roberrrt_s's hard work, it will also release on Firefox and Edge shortly

It appears that now Elon is "gifting" Twitter Blue to basically all accounts with close to a million followers, even Donald Trump who no longer uses Twitter and people who have passed away. ImageImageImageImage Anthony Bourdain has also subscribed to Twitter Blue now apparently after passing away in 2018. Image

Remember when Elon was removing the “lords and peasants” system?

Soon Elon will end up gifting every celebrity Twitter Blue.

We will back to the old system and people will bend over backwards explaining how Elon actually improved or invented it. And another one.
