This is my last week at ACC. I have been an Animal Control Officer for 20 years and at ACC for 21. it is time for me to hang up my snappy green outfit and go do something that's a little less...everything.

I've been racking my brain for funny stories that don't involve dead people and apparently I don't have that many. I'm not sure what that says about me but that's not important now. Here's one that involves no corpses whatsoever; So the early morning officer works alone until 9am. apropos of nothing I want to tell my wombat story; many years ago, my brother and I were visiting the Healsville Sanctuary near Melbourne, Australia. It's a zoo/ wildlife rehab facility. It's amazing and you should go if you get the chance. They also have a wombat petting zoo of sorts, So my bro and I are looking at the wombat and he waddles over. We reach over the fence and start to pet him. My brother is petting his butt and I'm giving him a friendly behind the ear massage.
