The following is a brief listing of everything that I personally saw and know from 1972 and does not contain input from any other source whatsoever.
•MAJESTY was listed as the code word for the President of the United States for communications concerning this information.
 
•OPERATION MAJORITY is the name of the operation responsible for every aspect, project, and consequence of alien presence on earth.
 
•GRUDGE Contains 16 volumes of documented information collected from the beginning of the United States investigation of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO’s) and Identified Alien Crafts (IAC). The project was funded by CIA confidential funds (non-appropriated) and money from the illicit drug trade. Participation in the illegal drug trade was justified in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society. The purpose of project GRUDGE was to collect all scientific, technological, medical and intelligence information from UFO/IAC sightings and contacts with alien life forms. This orderly file of collected information has been used to advance the United States Space Program.
 
•MJ-12 is the name of the secret control group. President Eisenhower commissioned a secret society known as THE JASON SOCIETY (JASON SCHOLARS) to sift through all the facts, evidence, technology, lies and deception and find the truth of the alien question. The society was made up of 32 most prominent men in the country in 1972 and the top 12 members were designated MJ-12. MJ-12 has total control of everything. They are designated by the code J-1, J-2, J-3, etc. all the way through the members of the Jason Society. The director of the CIA is appointed J-1 and is the director of MJ-12. MJ-12 is only responsible to the President.

MJ-12 runs most of the worlds illegal drug trade. This was done to hide funding and thus keep the secret from Congress and the people of the United States. It was justified in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society. The cost of funding the alien connected projects is higher than anything you can imagine. MJ-12 assassinated President Kennedy when he informed them that he was going to tell the public all the facts of the alien presence.
 
He was killed by the Secret Service agent driving his car and it is plainly visible in the film held from public view. A secret meeting place was built for MJ-12 in MARYLAND and it was described as only accessible by air. It contains full living, recreational, and other facilities for MJ-12 and the JASON SOCIETY. It is code named “THE COUNTRY CLUB”. Only those with TOP SECRET/MAJIC clearance are allowed to go there.
 
•MAJI is the MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE. All information, disinformation, and intelligence is gathered and evaluated by this agency. The agency is responsible for all disinformation and operates in conjunction with the CIA, NSA, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. This is a very powerful organization and all alien projects are under its control. MAJI is only responsible to MJ-12.
 
•SIGMA is the project which first established communications with the aliens and is still responsible for communications.
 
•PLATO is the project responsible for Diplomatic relations with the aliens. This project secured a formal treaty (illegal under the Constitution) with the aliens. The terms were that the aliens would give us technology. In return we agreed to keep their presence on earth a secret, not to interfere in any way their actions, and to allow them to abduct humans and animals. The aliens agreed to furnish MJ-12 with a list of abductees on a periodic basis.
 
•MAJIC is a security classification and clearance of all alien connected material, projects, and information. MAJIC means MAJI controlled.
 
•AQUARIUS is a project which compiled the history of alien presence and their interaction with Homo Sapiens upon this planet for the last 25,000 years and culminating with the Basque people who live in the mountainous country on the border of France and Spain and the Syrians.
 
•GARNET is the project responsible for control of all information and documents regarding this subject and accountability of the information and documents.
 
•PLUTO is a project to evaluate all UFO/IAC information pertaining to space technology.
 
•POUNCE is the project formed to recover all downed/crashed craft and aliens.
 
•REDLIGHT is the project to test fly recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada. It was aided when the aliens gave us craft and helped us fly them. The initial project was somewhat successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew up in the air and the pilots were killed. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens agreed to help us.
 
•SNOWBIRD was established as a cover for project REDLIGHT. Several flying saucer type craft were built using conventional technology. They were unveiled to the press and flown in front of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been SNOWBIRD craft.
 
•LUNA is the alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by Apollo Astronauts. A base, a mining operation using very large machines, and a very large alien craft described in sighting reports as MOTHER SHIPS exist there.
 
•NRO is the National Recon Organization based at Fort Carson, Colorado. It is responsible for security for all alien or alien craft connected projects.
 
•DELTA is the designation for the specific arm of the NRO which is especially trained and tasked with security of these projects.

On October 30, 2007, an online post on revealed a transcript from a 1981 intelligence briefing given to President Ronald Reagan about extraterrestrial visits to Earth. According to the site's moderator, this transcript documented a briefing held at Camp David, Maryland, from March 6 to 8, 1981. Attendees reportedly included President Reagan, his advisors, CIA Director William Casey, and a CIA contractor who was involved in managing UFO-ET information.

The transcript was made public and had certain information redacted, mainly the names of current presidential advisors. However, it did mention that former Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger and advisor Michael Deaver were involved. During the meeting, the security protocols were discussed in detail, including who had the necessary clearance or prior briefing on the subject. Casey referred to the information as "Above Top Secret," with unique classifications, containers, and handling procedures to prevent unauthorized access.

"The Caretaker," a CIA employee with 31 years of service, then took over and invited Reagan to ask questions. He mentioned his role since 1960 in managing the project known as "Group 6," which was responsible for safeguarding extraterrestrial information.

Reagan, who had prior knowledge of the subject from a briefing by Nixon in 1970 and other sources, asks about an object from a UFO crash in New Mexico. The Caretaker confirms that debris and an extraterrestrial biological entity (EBE) were recovered from two crash sites in New Mexico in 1947. Q: Can you describe the nature of #UFOsightings documented by the Pentagon between 1945 and 1951?

A: Reports classified at the highest level of secrecy (exact classification tier not disclosed) refer to the sighting of 'Foo Fighters' between 1945 and 1946. Initially presumed to be of German origin. These objects appeared to harness nuclear energy in a manner not yet comprehensible. They were comprised of material and synthetic substances not identified on our planet. Q: Did the Air Force recover "flying disks"?

A: Yes. Some were found in 1946 and 47. Some in Mohave Desert and some in New Mexico.

Q: Where were these "disks" taken to?

A: Some to Muroc and others to Langley. They wanted to know what they were made of and how they worked.

Q: What were these things that were taken to Muroc and Edwards?

A: They were "lifting bodies". They looked like inverted bathtubs. It was assumed that they were some kind of "pod" or short-range recon probes.

Q: Who was in charge of the scientific research?

A: Von Braun, Condon, Oppenheimer and Teller. There were many technicians (civilian and military) regularly coming to watch and learn. The Pentagon was being briefed weekly and the new developments.

Q: Did they find out how the lifting bodies worked and on what technology?

A: No. They theorized on the ability to achieve the speed of light and utilized magnetic lines of force. They made some gains in understanding how to harness an energy source greater than the hydrogen bomb and how it was possible to reach speeds of 6 miles per second in the earth's atmosphere. In 1948, they were learning how to recover people back from space and by 59 how to re-enter from orbit. This knowledge led to the shuttle development.

👉A: They had help.

A: Highly experimental ram-jet technology was tested at Muroc that was classifled Above Top Secret (Ultra). Also heat compression technologies were developed at Edwards for some special spacecraft designs.

Q: Why did the Air Force initiate Project Blue Book?

A: Mainly for public relations. Basically, the Air Force wanted to gather UFO intelligence on a low-level so as not to tip off the Russians of any intensive efforts by the US in developing high technology weapons. By that time, the Air Force had accepted the fact that there was a higher intelligence beyond ours. Only a dozen or so people in US government knew anything about the sighting reports and recoveries of these "lifting bodies". So it's not surprising that lower level Air Force officials did not know of the highly classifled intelligence operations being conducted at that time. As long as the public was convinced that the Air Force was just as curious as the public was, It was the perfect cover.

Q: Was there any UFO activity during the war within the US?

A: There was some pilot sightings and by bomber crews who were in training in B-29's (Project Silverplate) that worried the Pentagon. Unofficially, some had speculated that Dr. Bush and others were involved in some kind of aeronautical designs that were noconventional aircraft by any standards known at that time. President Roosevelt had authorized a great deal of money into "lift-bodies" technology that was associated with the Manhattan Project and ultimately with military applications.

Embassy and military communications from Japan and Germany were constantly being intercepted and decyphered. I think some of the reports were dealing with Foo Fighters or new spy weapons in the MAJIC (MAGIC) network operations.

In 1938, it was believed that the Army G-2 wanted to test the response of the civilian population by monitoring the CBS radio broadcast of Orson Wells' War of the Worlds. Of course, this did create widespread panic in some areas.

There were on several occasions, sightings of huge black objects hovering over Los Alamos in early 1945 which caused severe power blackouts that could not be explained. Wendover was kept informed of this because it was feared that unknown radio propagation could effect the detonation of "Fat Man" and "Little Boy". This was not recorded in the security files for fear of generating panic in Washington. Officially, Los Alamos identified it with
"atmospheric anomalies" and left it that way. Some identified it as storm cloud and electrical storm effects. It was never clear what caused the sudden surge of radiation detection or electrical shorts.

The first atomic bomb almost prematurely detonated enroute to Hiroshima when an unknown radio signal almost armed and activated the detonation and trigger mechanisms. It was not known how it happened. The system was corrected.

Q. Was there other Air Force investigations other than Blue Book?

A :Yes.

Q: What were they?

A: Black Sky intelligence operations utilizing high altitude aircraft such as X-2. X-15, and U-2 aircraft. High altitude, long trajectory rockets equipped with all kinds of cameras and sensing equipment. Television was used on some rockets. White Sands and the Cape were the launch sites from 1947 into the late fifties. All data were classified in a report called. I think, "Blackbook" or "Black-Sky".

I heard of another Air Force project that looked into all the historical records concerning #UFOsightings from all over the world. Some of the records were from libraries, newspapers, folklore, mythologies, government records of unusual reports from farmers, lighthouse workers, and so forth.

•"Discovered" Uri Geller and brought him to America. Puharich, in his book Uri claims that Geller received his power from an alien force called the Hoovians. This lost him some credibility, and Geller began to distance himself from Puharich. (Levy 131-2)

• According to Gardner's account, in Uri, Puharich hypnotizes Geller, and Geller reveals more of the Nine's plans. They have authority over the Hoovians, the Controllers of various planetary civilizations. A city-sized spaceship called Spectra hovers over the Earth and sends messages from the Hoovians light-years away to their super-computers to Geller, who is their emissary on Earth. (Gardener, pg 276)

• Mid-70s: ran a complex in Ossining called the Turkey Farm. In the summer of 1975, Puharich assembled around twenty children from nine to late teens, called "Gellerlings" or "Space Kids." Puharich trained their psychic abilities and claimed that they received messages from aliens. One teen claimed that they practiced remote viewing, and some of their assignments included political targets like the Kremlin and the White House. (Levy, pg 165-7)

• Around 1978, Puharich's Turkey Farm burnt down due to arson, and Puharich disappeared. A suspect in the arson was a Space Kid who claimed that aliens were harassing him. Puharich implicated the CIA. (Levy, pg 218-20)

He claims to have been the target of four assassination attempts by the @CIA. As of 1989, he lived in North Carolina. (Levy, pg 348)

The physics and engineering behind electromagnetic disease transmission is truly amazing. Back in 1974, Soviet biologist A.P. Dubrov reported that "all living organisms emit gravitational (electromagnetic) waves." Dubrov recited data from his own experiments with polarizing microscopes (which divide light into its components for easier observation) to support his claim that high-frequency oscillations, or rhythmic movements, of the cell's molecules, can generate biogravitational electromagnetic waves and can propagate (transmit) them over long distances.

Dubrov discovered that photons as well as ultrasonic sound can be observed emanating from cells as they divide. He then made an association between these rhythmic events and biogravitational electromagnetic waves, and proposed that the human brain cold coordinate these waves to produce observable effects. Dubrov further suggested that the movement of distant objects, air ionization during mental activity, the 'mysterious' exposure of distant film, organic interaction with time, and the altering of molecular movement occurs through this process. In other words, Dubrov said that human consciousness could coordinate the organism's gravitational electromagnetic waves emitted by dividing cells and thereby produce any number of psi phenomena.

The little known but extremely important work of V.P. Kaznachayev in the former Soviet Union has not been lost on the military establishment either. Kaznachayev took tissue from a chicken embryo and divided it into portions and placed them in isolated metal containers, each of which was equipped with quartz windows that permitted optical contact between the chicken embryo cultures. Containers with plain glass windows were used for the 'control group.'

In experiments with the embryo cultures involving the use of various toxic agents such as a virus, a poisonous chemical, or lethal doses of radiation, the Soviet researchers demonstrated conclusively that a death signal was transmitted from an infected tissue culture to a non-infected culture.

Of all the tissues cultures in containers with the plain glass windows, only the infected cultures died. In the case of those in containers with quartz windows, a 'mirror' effect was observed and cells began to die in the non-infected containers. This mirror effect occurred whether the lethal agent had been a virus, a chemical, or lethal radiation.
When the tissues were given a virus as an infective agent, the cultures began to die within 36 hours. The non-infected tissue began to discolor and die 12 hours later. Measuring devices utilizing photomultiplier tubes proved that "ultraviolet radiation emanated from the diseased tissue, passed through the quartz window, and infected the other tissue."
