I haven’t posted anything about our trip down to my wife’s family ranch along the border as they asked me not to as not to be identified. Suffice to say the ranches that can afford it have deployed a lot of armed security along the fence lines. The ones that can’t are (next>) sustaining a lot of property damage & some livestock loss. Neighbors who can have pitched in help provide some security to those folks. Federal officials are of no help. Local sheriffs departments are doing what they can, but are overwhelmed.
