Prof @IssaShivji, I believe the study allegedly done by @HildegardaKiwa1 et al has not considered what you rightly argued of the limited powers of the local government in Ngorongoro. In the statement issued by NCAA on 16 to demolish properties beside individual home It included properties under the local government such as public primary school, police lockup, village offices.... mosque, churches.... This is an evidence, the local government mandate is limited in Ngorongoro otherwise no one would ever thought to demolish them

President @SuluhuSamia is saying Ngorongoro is in danger of extinction because of pastoralism in the area with their number rising from 8000/9000 to allegedly 90000 in six decades. Am certainly sure, she acted on tainted report from MLUM biased committee that worked on unilateral directive of @visitngorongoro chief conservator without involvement of the direct victims of both the historical injustice in the place and the potential victims of any decision to be made out of these misinformation
