Around 3 years ago I stopped injecting myself insulin and using any diabetes medication after adopting some lifestyle changes. My January HBA1C reading was 5.38. If you are living with diabetes or know someone who is, remember it is possible to control it....

Okay, folks, a short thread on dealing with diabetes (Type 2)
1. I am not offering medical advice, just sharing my experience that has enabled me be diabetes free for months on end.
2. You need to seek medical advice from a diabetologist/endocrinologist. They will run some tests to know what kind of diabetes they are dealing with and whether there are other issues like high BP or cholesterol
