Boston UK is one of the poorest places in Europe but is surrounded by some of the continent’s most valuable agricultural land.

And had the biggest Brexit vote (75%) and the highest level of Eastern European immigration in Britain.

Image The town also used to have the highest murder rate in the UK. Thanks in no small part to people trafficking and organised crime drug production in the countryside away from prying eyes. But that’s a story for another day.
