Declarations on Christ Consciousness

Christ is in me. I’m anointed. I’m full of the Holy Spirit. Christ is in me (say this repeatedly). I know this for sure. Christ is at work in me. I bring myself to the consciousness of Christ in me. In all my business dealings/my job/my family/my ministry/my relationships/where I worship, it is evident that Christ is in me.

As He Is, So am I (Christ Consciousness)

I remember the first time I came to a full understanding of the phrase “As he is, so am I”. My head wanted to blow 🤯. I read it in The Passion Translation “.. because all that Jesus now is, so are we in this world.” 1 John 4:17. Ayaya It was a light bulb 💡moment for me. I was like, “do you mean, that here in this world, I’m like Jesus in heaven (the glorified Jesus, not the one who walked on earth), who is seated on the right hand of God, far above all principalities and powers?

How conscious of the Holy Spirit are you?

Do you ever think of Him throughout the day? Or do you tune in at the end of the day? Perhaps you only think of Him when you have a need you require Him to meet? Let’s do something different over the next 7 days. Let’s involve Him in every activity throughout the day. Let’s think about Him all day long like you would a lover. Talk to Him. Go on a walk with Him. Tell Him about the meal you are planning to prepare or purchase this evening.

Did Jesus “dribble” his brothers?

I had a conversation with one of my sisters this morning.

Sister: Please I have a question.
Me: I’m all ears. Sister: In John 7, when Jesus' brothers told Him to go to the festival, Jesus said He won't go but he later did after they left and even taught that day in the synagogue. Why did He dribble them?

Have You Received Power?

Acts 1:8 NIV

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”” I received power when I got baptised with the Holy Spirit but I didn’t understand this for years. I didn’t know that I had power inside of me: raising from the dead power. So I lived like a powerless person. But when knowledge came kayaaaa 🔥🔥🔥🔥.

You are already healed

1 Peter 2:24 KJV “

“who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” I remember the first time I got my healing by speaking to my body. I had been nursing pain and stiffness in my left shoulder for a number of months.

Replicating Miracles

Over 4 years ago, I went on a holiday with my friends. I came back home and I couldn’t find 3 sets of jewellery 😭😭. Ladies who know about jewellery will understand my pain. I searched for them over and over again but I just couldn’t find them. Whenever I thought about the missing jewellery sets, my chest would start hurting. Chai 🙆🏽.I scattered my whole house looking for these things. Over and over again, I searched for them. Year 1, 2, 3 and 4….. no show.

Reading the Word of God

Some people say that the Bible is boring. Some say that they cannot understand it. A few others started the year planning to complete the Bible in one year but have since fallen off track. I also used to think that the Bible was super boring. I understood some parts and other parts appeared to be written in an unknown language. I did not delight in reading the Word of God kan kan (at all, at all)🙈.

The Encounter

I walked to the well to fetch some water
The sun was up and its rays did not falter
The scorching heat at noon
I almost fell into a swoon. Then I saw a man seated by the well
He broke protocol by asking me for a drink.
Whilst I pondered on this, he offered me living water.
He promised that I would never thirst again.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

The Holy Spirit once told me to wake up from a vision and pray. The vision was about a Caucasian man who was standing at the edge of a cliff. I knew he was about to jump off the cliff. The Holy Spirit told me to wake up and intercede on his behalf. But see ehn, sleep is sweet o. Right there in the vision I started arguing. I said “ah, this is not real. We are in the winter season. The snow is thick on the ground. See where this man is… it’s the summer season. I can’t see any snow there so it’s not real”.

Practicing the presence of Jesus Part 2
I asked Jesus to take me to the garden; the garden of Eden where it all began. He held my right hand and immediately the scene changed. I found myself in this beautiful garden with lush grass, very green leaves and lots of fruit hanging down the trees. A monkey came to me and handed over a banana 😁. A little bird came and sat on my left shoulder. I could hear the birds chirping away.

I had an awesome time with Jesus this afternoon ❤️❤️💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾. My bestie @sicamoore shared a video with me 2 days ago to aid me in practicing the presence of God/Jesus. I felt a strong urge to spend time with Jesus this afternoon. So I went to my study/workspace to shut out life and all its distractions and spend time with Jesus. Oh what a glorious, awesome, beautiful time I had with Jesus.
