Someone triggering you is not a good reason try to destroy their credibility and character. Your trauma is valid but responding to a trigger that wasn't even maliciously caused... by lashing out publicly is not a proportionate response. Your pain does not make you mature. It is possible to be caused pain and be immature as fuck. That is not denying someone their trauma. That is not denying that people have mental health needs. You can have trauma and still use social justice for selfish reasons.
