“Section 1.  Policy.  Advances in digital and distributed ledger technology for financial services have led to dramatic growth in markets for digital assets, with profound implications for the protection of consumers, investors, and businesses, including data privacy and security; financial stability and systemic risk; crime; national security; the ability to exercise human rights; financial inclusion and equity; and energy demand and climate change.  In November 2021, non‑state issued digital assets reached a combined market capitalization of $3 trillion, up from approximately $14 billion in early November 2016.  Monetary authorities globally are also exploring, and in some cases introducing, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).”

“We must take strong steps to reduce the risks that digital assets could pose to consumers, investors, and business protections; financial stability and financial system integrity; combating and preventing crime and illicit finance; national security; the ability to exercise human rights; financial inclusion and equity; and climate change and pollution.”
“Cybersecurity and market failures at major digital asset exchanges and trading platforms have resulted in billions of dollars in losses.  The United States should ensure that safeguards are in place and promote the responsible development of digital assets to protect consumers, investors, and businesses; maintain privacy; and shield against arbitrary or unlawful surveillance, which can contribute to human rights abuses.”
Sec. 4.  Policy and Actions Related to United States Central Bank Digital Currencies.  (a)  The policy of my Administration on a United States CBDC is as follows:
(i)    Sovereign money is at the core of a well-functioning financial system, macroeconomic stabilization policies, and economic growth.  My Administration places the highest urgency on research and development efforts into the potential design and deployment options of a United States CBDC. “Environmental sustainability The United States has set overarching environmental priorities, including cutting U.S. greenhouse gas pollution by 50-52 percent by 2030 and transitioning to a net-zero emissions economy by 2050.112  A new payments system or improvements to existing payment systems should be compatible with these priorities and seek to minimize energy use, resources, greenhouse gas emissions, and other pollution, and improve environmental performance relative to the status quo of the existing payments system. Reflecting these priorities, forms of money and payment need to be environmentally sustainable.  If based on a blockchain, a U.S. CBDC would likely use a permissioned blockchain, which consumes relatively less energy than a permissionless implementation, as the majority of the energy use from permissionless blockchains derives from the consensus mechanism.113  In addition, policymakers could require energy efficiency as a key tenet of the development of a U.S. CBDC technology.  This technology could form the basis of environmentally sustainable technologies for other financial markets, promoting public welfare.” In part because they would not be based on a permissionless blockchain, instant payments do not raise the same questions of environmental sustainability and are likely to be consistent with the Administration’s climate goals.  The proof-of-work consensus mechanism associated with certain blockchains uses more energy than some countries do.114  Therefore, stablecoins that rely on proof-of-work blockchains likely represent the least efficient option from a sustainability perspective.  Although technologies are under development that could lessen energy use, a permissioned blockchain or instant payments would be more sustainable options with current technology.”

I have no true idea the totality of the things going on. This post is to simply explain what I “saw” and what I fully believed was coming had Biden or Harris won. I post it because I see a lot of the mechanisms for achieve it were still moved forward even today.

Based on the fact ZERO accountability or justice has come for anything done to the American people for decades that makes me not trust any action of any party anymore.

I explain the “Cloward Piven” part that I saw in more detail in my pinned post and first three X Articles but I want to address the removal of “obstacles” in this post.

The Military Industrial Complex has never lost. It doesn’t matter which party or side or tribe is in power they all support it.

The Cloward Piven on the “old guard” Military - my personal opinion anyway

1. Maintain a constant state of War to accomplish many goals but one taking Warriors away from homes for extended periods of time.

2. Losses on the battlefield and magnified by loses off the battlefield. Suicide, Cancer and other diagnosis due to many exposures of War. Trauma, blasts, chemicals, biologics, burn pits, vaccines and drugs.

3. The ones that return home injured keep them on heavy pharmaceutical stacks which numb their body and brain and also lead to suicide and faster cognitive decline. Cause massive increases in VA claims to “collapse” the VA system and usher in chaos (achieved through the FY23 NDAA Pact Act where by January 2024 there were 1,098,000 pending claims, 408,000 in backlog, and 70,000 pending hearing. But also use that same NDAA to massively fund tyrannical goals while using the PACT Act as a patriotic smoke screen)

4. Put Leadership in place that will follow orders no matter what they may be like mandated vaccines and more. Remove the soldiers and leaders that aren’t willing to comply blindly or that stand in opposition.

5. Later weaken the military by fully implementing “woke mind virus” ideology. This leads to many Soldiers leaving service and massive drops in recruiting numbers. But remember the Military Industrial Complex always wins and there must be new Wars SO at the same time attempt to pass legislation expanding the selective service (like adding woman to the Draft FY22, FY23, FY24, FY25 NDAAs all tried). And if the woman didn’t get added then shift full focus to at least getting an “auto enrollment” for men in place. Which they achieved and starts December 2026.

6. During the above time build a massive “Health” tracking system and database that can provide the government full access to Military and VA health records. Build the DOD Genesis electronic health record system and tie it to the Veteran Affairs Oracle/Cerner Health record system. Then pass funding to expand HHS authorities and tie it to an expanded DOJ/Johns Hopkins “red flag” system based on mental health concerns and identified “extremist” behaviors.

7. After the chaos of the DEI mind virus. Get new leadership in place and go full force back to flags, superiority, no DEI, Patriot recruiting campaigns tied to promises of peace through strength and no new Wars. Causing a massive recruiting surge because America is full of patriots. (My version of “replacement theory” in totality.

Now the thing I saw next.

8. Start shining light on specific fraud you want uncovered like USAID, illegal immigrant funding, and so on to build support for finding more fraud while at the same time requesting an increase of DOW funding to $1.7 Trillion along with $200 Billion now for Iran. Next lay narratives that there is a task force for fraud and narratives for mass fraud in the Veteran Affairs benefits system.

9. At the same time continue to build the massive “control system” that was being built for decades. Prepare the system to fully address the “infodemic” and “extremist behaviors” for national security and public health and safety. Once online most people would never even know about the actions I “saw” coming next in comments.

In 2022 our government laid the foundations to go full tyrant against the American People. The final stages of what was moved along by many Administrations but most importantly the Bush Jr, Clinton, and Obama Administrations. It was the final move and would have been our final destruction had Biden or Harris won another term. ALL the foundations were laid.

In 2022 in rapid succession countless EOs, funding bills, and agency policies all came like a flood. The June 2022 House version of the FY23 NDAA H.R. 7900 funded the majority of it but also the 2022 Ukraine Supplemental funding bill and many Executive Actions taking funds from approved Military Funding for our own troops and giving it to Ukraine, Taiwan, and other nations (these they say are stockpile transfers but if you read the entire document it includes funds that were supposed to go to training and other programs for our own troops.)

Almost everything I say in the video below and the words above was proven over countless other documents that all interconnected and funded each other through 2024. The April 16, 2024 Global health Security Strategy released by the Biden Administration also confirmed much of what the FY23 NDAA I discuss below did.

If you don't know about NDAA's they are impressive ways to use money that no one knows what it is being used for. There is a House Version the one below was 3,500 pages. Then a Senate Version which is usually smaller. Then the Presidential Signed version that is much smaller (condensed). You have to read all of them and you have to watch each ting added and removed. Then you have to deal with the Omnibus and other tricks they have later.

Dig through those documents and then apply it to the "revelations" about Epstein, Gates, Gavi, WHO, UN, Fauci, Obama, and on down the line.

In 2022 they clearly stated all the things they wanted to do to us "normies" that vote them in. Create a United States Central Bank Digital Currency that is placed on a more controlled climate friendly blockchain, initiate massive "Land Use" controls for conservation, REE, Restoration, and on and on (farmers, ranchers, water rights, public lands, hunting, fishing, on and on $100 Trillion dollar business according to the SEC/NAC fillings they wanted to push through), control food supplies and switch to "alternative protein" sources like Gates fake meat due to "zoonotic spillover" risks even though they knew the pandemic wasn't a zoonotic spillover event.

They wanted to take your lands, your access to lands, control your food supplies, control your medical decisions, control your speech completely, control the entire economy and access to your own money, build a massive surveillance system built on biometrics genes and more, they wanted to continue to support mass migration into the nation with the UN and WHO support and others, they wanted to continue to fund energy sources that were failing in every way while regulating the rest out of existence, they wanted to double down on the takeover of education systems, they wanted to double down on gender confusion and DEI Woke policies.

This is NOT a conspiracy theory. They SAY it in their own documents over and over again.

I will continue to be limited in reach and no large group or person in power will report on the totality just like they haven't since I started sending it to them in 2023. I thought myself insane. I wasn't. I am a bit off that is for sure but not fully insane it appears. Even though these people that have such powerful voices, resources, and federal authorities made me think myself insane because they showed interest at first and then ghosted me never to be heard from again. Then the pandemic was officially reported after those events. Fascinating.

Under the Biden Administration they were able to double down on everything Obama laid the foundations for under Pandemic Preparedness. Just reading the documents in this string you should be able to see their end goal was the destruction of America as we know it. Full tyranny.

My personal research into all things Monsanto, Bayer, and Bioport began in 1999. Research that I continued on the side until today. Research that guided my career steps in many ways. I needed to understand government contracts and I needed to understand money movement/laundering.

My journey began shortly after visiting Dover Air Force Base in 1999.

We were told the base commander COL Grieder wasn’t supporting the Anthrax Vaccine for his pilots. They needed us to walk in and talk with the pilots and tell them we got the Vaccine over a year ago and we are good to go. And that we even got the older batches with Squalene in them. Even though as you will see in the video the new batches had it also. Several of us started talking to pilots outside and told them we saw people pass out after the shots, get rashes, crazy fatigue, and other symptoms. We were quickly taken away. I believe to a bus but I can’t recall. To sit and shut up. Perhaps our conversations prior to that added to the 37 out of 42 pilots leaving the Military.

My journey:

1996 - Stationed at Fort McClellan, AL (it was a chemical and MP training base until closed in 1999. Monsanto was in the nearby town. They devastated Anniston, AL) my memory is a little rough there but I did talk to others stationed there over the years that say the same thing my mind remembers. Getting roughly 20 shots while going through the “shot line” but our records only showing 4. What were the others? Preventatives due to the chemicals on base?

1997/1998- Stationed in South Korea. We were given 11 tricep shots of Anthrax. (Each batch linked to what they call “bad batches” today)

During my Reserve time I was a Pentagon Police Officer 2002, FPS 0080 COTR 2005, DHS Special Agent 1811 2008, Banking Sr. Anti-Money Laundering Investigator 2014, My main duty as an Agent was threat investigations against SSA, IRS, GSA, and so on. Many of those threats came from Veterans. Usually because they had a pay or filing issue no one was helping them solve. I would do “knock and talks” and usually solve their issue. I got to know many of them and many were Vietnam Veterans that told me all their Agent Orange “conspiracy theories”

2018 I was referred to MEB and WTU. Medically Retired 2019. WTU allowed me to talk to a lot of different Soldiers with different injuries.

I know many think me crazy and perhaps with good cause. I do have many issues now including brain lesions. But I don’t believe any of my core research is crazy.

I thought there was a purpose/reason to the way my brain now works. My core memories of life are deleted. Memories of marriage, kids births, events, gone. But I retain my learned knowledge. Specific life events from long ago do remain that connect to my research though or my brain “saved” them while deleting the rest. I wish that was reversed.

I pray RFKJr and Tulsi get confirmed. I believe they know what I know and so much more. Perhaps truth will finally come. Perhaps accountability will finally come. Perhaps my brain and soul can rest. This school was responsible for training soldiers in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense. The base was opened in 1917 but not transitioned to CBRN until 1951. A remote testing site for Project 112, a series of military experiments involving chemical and biological agents conducted in the 1960s. After its closure in 1999, Fort McClellan has been noted for its toxic legacy, with various studies and legal actions focusing on the health impacts on veterans from potential chemical exposures. Monsanto Chemical plant was in the nearby city of Anniston, Alabama. After 1954, the facility was transferred to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to focus on defensive research against animal diseases, though the military's research was known to have taken place there before this transition.

1953 - Project MK-Ultra by the CIA, which also involved LSD and other psychoactive substances for mind control experiments.

1954 - Monsanto and Bayer combine forces for the first time under Mobey

1958 - ARPA now DARPA was created. Wernher von Braun, who worked on rocket technology and was part of the U.S. space program, which had ties to ARPA's initiatives.

Funded and staffed by all branches of the U.S. military and intelligence agencies, including the CIA.
Canada and the United Kingdom also participated in some activities.Agents Used:

The True History of the Climate Crisis Narrative and the origins of the United States “One Health” ideology I believe ties in directly to Operation Paperclip 1945 and the entire “Biodefense” program. 1961 - James E. Lovelock began working at NASA in 1961. He was invited to design experiments for NASA's lunar and planetary exploration missions at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California.

1962-1973 - : Project 112 was a series of biological and chemical warfare (CBW) vulnerability tests conducted by the United States Department of Defense. The project aimed to understand the effects of biological and chemical agents under various conditions, both defensively (to protect against such attacks) and offensively (to explore potential uses). Participants:
Funded and staffed by all branches of the U.S. military and intelligence agencies, including the CIA.
Canada and the United Kingdom also participated in some activities.Agents Used:
Biological agents like Francisella tularensis, Serratia marcescens, Escherichia coli, Bacillus globigii, staphylococcal enterotoxin Type B, and Puccinia graminis (stem rust of wheat).

1965 - (Climate Change tie in) Addressing climate change in the U.S., focusing on human and animal impacts, began with official recognition in the 1965 Revelle Report under President Lyndon B. Johnson. Which then led to research to include NASA. Johnson the guy who entered us into the Vietnam War using the false flag Tonkin Incident. Which massively funded Monsanto and Bayer. 1975 - Lyme Disease. Lyme disease was first recognized in the United States in 1975, with cases initially reported in Old Lyme, Connecticut, leading to the disease being named after the town. The causative agent, the bacterium Borrelia burgdorferi, was identified in 1981 by Willy Burgdorfer. Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC): Located off the coast of Long Island, New York, near Lyme, Connecticut, PIADC was established in 1954 by the U.S. Department of Agriculture to study foreign animal diseases. Its purpose was to protect the U.S. livestock industry from diseases like foot-and-mouth disease, not to study diseases that affect humans directly. 1981 - (Climate Change tie in) Legislative efforts started with the Congressional hearings initiated by Al Gore in the Climate Change issues.

An estimated 150,000 service members received the anthrax vaccine during this period. The vaccination was prioritized for those deployed or scheduled to deploy to high-threat areas, particularly in Southwest Asia where the risk of biological attack was deemed highest. (I personally believe this was the testing phase of the Vaccine for the Anthrax Letters of 2001)

1997 - The "Project for the New American Century" (PNAC) was a neoconservative think tank based in Washington, D.C., that focused on American global leadership, military strength, and the promotion of democracy. PNAC was established in 1997 by William Kristol and Robert Kagan. The program was mandated for all 2.5 million active duty U.S. service personnel and later extended to civilian contractors of the Department of Defense (DoD). The vaccine was produced by the Michigan Biologic Products Institute (MBPI), which was purchased by BioPort Corporation in 1998. BioPort was the only U.S. manufacturer licensed by the FDA to produce the anthrax vaccine at that time. BioPort Corporation changed its name to Emergent BioSolutions in 2004. The vaccine in question was known as Anthrax Vaccine Adsorbed (AVA), now commonly referred to as BioThrax. Between 1998 and 2008, nearly 8 million doses of BioThrax were administered to over 2 million U.S. military personnel as part of the AVIP. 2001 - The Anthrax Letter attacks in the United States. This helped usher in the Patriot Act and open up Gain of Function/Bioweapon research in the United States. The 2001 Anthrax Attacks, also known as "Amerithrax", were a series of attacks involving the mailing of anthrax spores through the U.S. postal system. The attacks began on September 18, 2001, just one week after the September 11 attacks, with the first letter sent to American Media, Inc., in Boca Raton, Florida. Early in the investigation, there was speculation about international terrorism, especially given the timing post-9/11. However, the sophistication of the anthrax (weaponized form) suggested someone with advanced knowledge in microbiology. The investigation eventually focused on Bruce Ivins, a senior microbiologist at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, Maryland:

2008 - BioNTech is formed and one of their stated goals was to work toward a Cancer Vaccine. As we all know BioNTech partnered with Pfizer in helping work on the COVID Vaccines. BioNTech was founded by Ugur Sahin, Ozlem Tureci, and Christoph Huber in Mainz, Germany. The Company received a seed investment of 150 Million from MIG capital and AT Impf, an investment vehicle controlled by German Billionaire twin brothers Andreas and Thomas Strungmann.

2009 - The American Clean Energy and Security Act was passed by the House of Representatives but not by the Senate. It was a notable but unsuccessful attempt at comprehensive climate legislation.

2012 - BioNTech The first patient was dosed in a clinical trial with an mRNA based cancer vaccine. 2016 BioNTech entered into a collaboratin with Genetech (a member of the Roche Group) to develop individual mRNA cancer vaccines. 2018 BioNTech started a collaboration with Pfizer (Bayer owns them) for influenz mRNA vaccines. 2020 BioNTech announced positive results from a Phase 1 trial of BNT111 for advanced melanoma and the first patient was dosed in a Phase 2 trail for BNT111. 2021 BioNTech announced the dosing of the first patient in a Phase 2 trial. October 2021 the initiation of another phase 2 trial for autogene cevumeran BNT 122, RO7198457 in pancreatic cancer. 2023 BioNTech started clinical trials in the UK for mRNA based immunotherapies targeting various cancers. August 2024 highlighted the first patient injections for a BioNTech mRNA lung cancer vaccine. Andreas and Thomas Strungmann are significant shareholders of BioNTech. MIG AG the German venture capital firm is also one of the top investors in BioNTech.

CONTINUED IN COMMENTS 2012 - DARPA starts working on mRNA technology which is the same technology used to create the COVID Vaccine. Arati from above was the head of DARPA, appointed by President Obama, 2012-2017. The DARPA website clearly states the 2012 date. The White House welcoming page for Arati to OSTP in 2022 clearly states the 2012 Date and Arati’s contributions to Operation Warp Speed and Arati herself states it repeatedly in interviews. She is very proud of the mRNA technology.

2014 - First Cases Ebola in Sierra Leone: The first cases in Sierra Leone were reported May 2014. In July 2014, President Obama was briefed on the Ebola outbreak affecting Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Nigeria. U.S. agencies had already increased their assistance in the form of supplies, including personal protective equipment, by this time. By September 2014, President Obama announced a significant escalation in the U.S. response, describing Ebola as a "looming threat to global security." He committed to sending 3,000 U.S. troops to West Africa to build treatment facilities, train health workers, and distribute supplies. This included setting up 11 treatment units in Liberia, with only 28 Ebola patients being treated there, suggesting the efforts had a more preventive and supportive role. The U.S. under Obama's leadership took a whole-of-government approach, involving the military, CDC, USAID, and other entities to provide comprehensive support, from building treatment centers to public education and support for local health systems.

2014 - was a massive push forward. In 2014 President Obama used the FY14 NDAA to help fully establish his Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) which included the foundations of the original 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the United Nations working alongside the W.H.O. The GHSA, One Health, and SDG has led us to where we are today. SDG 3 was the GHSA. The SDGs were fully adopted by the UN in 2015 at the UN Summit.

Also Obama's Climate Action Plan discussions began in 2013 but full implementation came in 2014.

In 2014 President Obama participated in the UN Climate Summit and helped show leadership the climate issues, which are intrinsic to the sustainability goals.

In 2014 President Obama and Dr. Fauci got called out by 300 scientists for Fauci's gain of function research and the scientists warned Fauci may start a Pandemic if the projects were not stopped. President Obama shut down 18 of the projects but based on Robert F Kennedy's Book The Wuhan Coverup he believes Obama simply offshored those experiments to Wuhan, China, Ukraine, and other BioLabs.

2014 The Council of Foreign Relations began a Task Force on U.S. Policy Toward Russia, which produced recommendations given the heightened tensions due to events in Ukraine.

The Crimea issue is especially relevant if you look at the Obama and Lugar partnership over the years beginning in 2005. As it relates to Biological Threat Reduction Program BTRP and modernization of biological research facilities or building of new ones like the one in Odessa, Ukraine in 2010. "Dual Use" research on zoonotic disease. also known as gain of function research.

Obama started changing media propaganda laws under the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 which was passed as part of the FY13 NDAA making his first big moves to allow Propaganda on mainstream media. In 2014 the Biden Administration began to more actively discuss and fund programs to counter disinformation due to events like the Russian annexation of Crimea.

2020 - BioNTech and Pfizer (Bayer) agreed to co-develop a potential COVID-19 vaccine, which led to the cration of the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine BNT162b2.

2020 - November the BNT162b2 was the first mRNA vaccine to receive emergency use authorization for preventing COVID-19.

Some basic background on The Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) framework was established through amendments to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) by the Project BioShield Act of 2004. This Act was a response to the growing threat of bioterrorism and other public health emergencies, including those involving chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) agents. The first EUA was issued in 2005 for an anthrax vaccine, but this was specifically for military personnel, highlighting the military aspect in its early application. However, the authority was not limited to military use. In 2009, the first civilian EUA was issued for Tamiflu (oseltamivir) to be used for infants during the H1N1 influenza pandemic, broadening the application beyond military contexts. Vaccines were mandated for Military Personnel in numerous ways beyond the Emergency Use Authorization. For example President Clinton Mandated the Anthrax Vaccine in 1999 even though it had already been used and “mandated” for many years prior to that. If you aren’t aware of Military Vaccine programs. Normally you are told to walk the “shot line” and shut the hell up. No need to “mandate” things especially on younger soldiers that don’t know any better. The military is the ultimate guinea pig for Monsanto and Bayer and has been for a very long time.

2021 - The Biden administration re-engaged with international climate efforts, rejoined the Paris Agreement, and passed laws like the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act, which include significant climate provisions.

2022 - The House version of the NDAA is released June 2022 for the FY23 NDAA. That NDAA massively funded everything above and it was confirmed in the Global health security strategy that was released April 16, 2024. The 2023 DOD Biodefense Posture Review was directly connected to these actions.

2024 - The Biden Administration releases their “Dual Use” moving forward document. They want to expand on gain of function research.

2024 - December they attempt to pass a Continued Funding Resolution CR that included additional Biolabs, vaccine injury protections for big pharms, Countermeasure funding for Vaccines, and much more. All funding supporting most of the things in the above timeline.

3Everything in 2016 seemed to point to Obama was getting ready to hand off everything to Clinton. They had no idea that Trump had a chance of winning. Obama was using the last NDAA to setup things for the next administration to complete his agendas.

4. President Trump gets into Office and then you can start tracking contracts and mechanisms being put in place to ensure he would never win the 2020 election. Big Tech Big media censorship that we all know occurred but also funding from U.S. Tax dollars and other assets to get things in place like Alethea Group for Artemis Disinformation Software. Alethea Group created by Lisa Kaplan and Nina Jankowitz worked there. (yet that same Nina that was the DHS disinformation cazar later). Also the Global Engagement Center (GEC) that was created by Obama in 2016 was caught using Soros and Gates backed Fact Checkers online to censor Americans. And many other things occurred but you get the point.

5. Then Event 201 kicks off. A Pandemic exercise funded by the WEF, Gates Foundation, and Johns Hopkins. Key players were the World Bank, WHO, WEF, Gates Foundation, Avril Haines (later appointed by Biden as the Director of National Intelligence and heavily connected to Obama), and the Chinese version of a CDC Director. The event Occured October 2019 just before the pandemic. And the real pandemic played out almost exactly as they played it out.

6. The Pandemic occurred we all know what happened there. Read Robert F. Kennedy's books The Real Anthony Fauci AND The Wuhan Coverup for a better picture of that disaster. But we all know what happened to our economy, our kids, our society, and our lives. Mostly due to Obama controlled/selected “experts”. The Pandemic was their gateway to what came next. Everything that the Biden Administration has done the past 4 years was assisted and accelerated by the Pandemic.

7. We now know it was a gain of function pathogen that the United States taxpayers helped pay for. We know that Wuhan was working with American Companies and government agenices prior to the pandemic on pathogens to include bat pathogens. We know Fauci knew all this long before he said he did. We know the government used their power to censor information about the pandemic and countermeasures like vaccines and measures like lockdowns and masks.

8. Now let’s look at the massive money laundering/transfer of wealth that they were able to do under “Pandemic Preparedness”. I say under that one thing because they connected many other agendas directly to that one under a “whole of government” approach. They directly connected Climate Change, One health, Global Health Security, DEI, Green Agendas, and much more to it. They placed it all under a “whole of government” authority but especially under a DOD Biodefense Authority. They published the 2023 DOD Biodefense Posture Review and created the 2023 DOD Biodefense Council (with 17 federal agencies under one DOD Umbrella). In the Biodefense Posture Review they were very proud of Operation Warpspeed and the Vaccine and the massive contribution of the DOD and DARPA in that agenda. That is why the DOD was so dead set on the vaccine mandate and not backing down from it. It was their baby and it connected a lot of the bigger picture.

9. The pandemic was a DOD Biodefense and Intelligence Operation. It was not a Health response operation.

Once DOGE, Elon, and Vivek get to audit it all, I assume it will be a massive “leakage” event AKA money Laundering/Transfer of Wealth operation.

Until I know the head of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy OSTP will be replaced my brain definitely can’t rest. She is the tip of the spear on NEW Vaccines.

I’ll explain my thinking in the comments with supporting documents and Videos. Don’t take my word on any of it. Take theirs.

But first I want everyone to understand OSTP is a key office in the modern world. It works directly with DOD, DARPA, DOS, NIH, NIAID, and the Whole of Government and it is the tip of the spear into a lot of government initiatives.

The new head was appointed by Biden and sworn in by Harris.

Previously she was the head of DARPA 2012-2017 appointed by Obama where she helped create the mRNA technology used in the COVID Vaccine.

4. Vaccine development
5. Looking at options for a climate friendly cryptocurrency technology that can be the first U.S. CBDC

She wants to use AI to rapidly develop new Vaccines and pharmaceuticals. She also wants to give AI a fast track through the FDA approval process. She is also interested in supporting the BioNTech mRNA cancer Vaccine.

The OSTP is also a primary organization on the new initiative in “dual use” research. Also known as gain of function research. Published May 2024

After the last four years ALL of that should concern you. Yet no one is really talking about her, the OSTP, or their initiatives. Continuing gain of function research.
