I transformed my mum at the age of 58.

To the point that she looks better NOW than she did at 34.

NOT by plastic surgeries, botox, implants, peptides, or steroids.

But by fixing her health holistically and fixing the root cause of her issues.

Here is how she did it:🧵 Image

Prior to starting, she was suffering from the typical modern day issues

-autoimmune disorders
-poor gut health
-sleep disordered breathing
-poor posture
-improper biomechanics

Though she looked great for her age, she was suffering internally.

This is what she did to heal: Image

I spent 175 days fixing my facial asymmetry...

To prove it's not genetic.

Here's how YOU can do the same: 🧵 Image

To fix the issue, first you need to understand the root causes of facial asymmetry.

They are:

-extremely tight myofascia
-misaligned sphenoid bone
-imbalanced facial muscles
-an asymmetrical palate (more developed on one side)

Everything else is BS.

Only solutions that focus on fixing these root causes fix your asymmetry.

And let me preface by saying that facial asymmetry is NOT natural - it is a consequence of poor habits.Image

I grew my jaw forward by 35mm - completely naturally.

Not by surgeries, peptides, orthodontic appliances, implants, palatal expanders.

Or even puberty.

But by just fixing my mouth posture.

Here is how you can do the same: 🧵Image STEP 1: TONGUE ON THE ROOF OF YOUR MOUTH

You might know this as "Mewing".

Despite all the brainrot surrounding this topic, it is the sole technique which drives forward and upward growth of the maxilla and jaw.

Your tongue - including the back third - should rest on your palate comfortably.

The tip of your tongue should rest on the incisive papilla (picture below). It should not be pushing on your front teeth.

If you find your molars to be touching the sides of the tongue while mewing, your palate is too narrow.
Continue resting as much of your tongue on your palate and overtime your palate will slowly expand.Image
