Polish FM @RauZbigniew told me in an interview that Poland, Baltic states and Finland are firmly against letting in Russians fleeing mobilization, both on moral and security grounds. BUT he said Russians who have opposed the war (and can prove it) WILL be issued a visa. He says that he doesn't view mobilization as he turning point in the war, but it can be a turning point wrt "the relationship between the Russian society and its authorities",because suddenly the imperial policy they supported but weren't affected by can affect in a v painful way
