So at this point (which should really read at any point in the preceding century) it becomes necessary to take any and all forms of dissent against the Conservatives, a far right mob that will use the full force of fascism to destroy the NHS, schools, welfare, environment etc It is the natural decay of capitalism to see fascism take form in the embers of the past - we have been on this descent for decades, not just since Brexit, but to ignore the rhetoric behind Brexit as one of many right wing weapons in the far right arsenal is naive.

Capitalism, where human rights are binned off for increased profits

It's not enough that needless poverty in a world of staggering wealth exists, the fact that impoverished kids have one of the only secure parts of their life stripped from them for a capitalist's fortune is vile The right wing political mindset is poison, literally lethal for everyone and everything on the planet, to the point that actual people had to look at the consequences of ending already poor policies designed to feed children with numerous needs, and go ahead with it anyway

Climate change is intrinsically linked to the capitalism - our environment is remorselessly commodified and trashed for profit, and a divorce from such methods contradicts right wing ideas and suggests that serious change is needed.

That doesn't sit well with right wing people. A serious, logical conversation would force such people to recognize how rancid their political views are, how toxic right wing politics have literally become for the planet.

Such introspection is often insurmountable and instead they attack the problem itself, denying it at all

Marginalized people that are angry at the societal bigotry, hatred and violence bestowed upon us through both individual discrimination and the wider marginalization our capitalist society crafts for us haven't done anything wrong and shouldn't be castigated for being targeted. "maybe you should have been politer to them" asks cis person of trans person faced with the seventh threat from a fascist this week

"don't make such a fuss" says white guy to black man repeatedly called racial slurs by white guy's friends

There isn't any acceptable position that stems from right wing politics. The decisions made through the lens of capitalism quite literally kill our planet by the day, while conservative social ideas create marginalization actively sabotaging the freedom of billions worldwide. The toxic concoction of both creates a world in which bigotry is a structural tool to maximize power, where terms of freedom and violence can be redefined to suit the needs of capitalist control, where the wellbeing of us all is a footnote alongside the profit margins of a few.

Media: "are trans people actually real and legitimate?"

Trans people: "yes"
LGBTQ activists: "yes"
Scientists: "yes"

Media: "this seems tricky and biased, let's be fair and interview an alternative opinion"

Fascist: "trans schmans, they're gross"

Media: "how insightful!" "I don't understand this gender stuff"

NB person: elaborate explanation
Trans person: detailed personal account
Psychologist: several medical studies + papers

Media: "...

Some bigoted twit: "doo hoo only two genders I'm a helicopter"

Media: "give this guy a column!"

Seen here, a fascist utilizing his Nazi filled, far right audience to harass a trans woman off their platform.

Deceitful, anti-trans scum line right wing circles, using any opportunity to attack LGBTQ people. This course of events was planned; right wing circles are garbage. Stop giving them the benefit of the doubt - far right internet groups are calculated, malicious movements that utilize societal "norms" over politeness and debate to perpetrate violence against the marginalized.

These people are an active threat to the safety of others.

Boogie is the latest in a long line of cishet white men to sympathize - and ultimately reaffirm - the far right, for what amounts to Nazis being "nicer" and "humourous" around him.

This is the far right weaponizing their demographics against marginalized people via appeasement. It is fairly obvious as to why fascists would be nicer to Boogie - like many liberals/centrists they are conditioned to view politics as a matter of polite disagreement. Marginalised folk being angry at their oppression and societal injustice is often uncomfortable for them.

Society is dismal; we are forced to sell our labour for capitalists to profit off, so we can acquire basic essentials privately held by the ruling class.

But rather than allow yourself to be turned against fellow workers, direct your anger at the system itself - capitalism Being sad and unhappy with life under these conditions is completely normal. People are defined by a market that only cares for how much profit capitalists extract from them, viewing them as nothing more than a replaceable cog, disregarding emotion and happiness for capital

If you think LGBTQ people should be respectful to people like Ronald Reagan and Billy Graham, you're actively valuing politeness to the ruling class over the rampant conservative discrimination and anti-LGBTQ policies the right targeted then with.

Basically, you're garbage "ooh it's not polite to make jokes about a dead politician" but you know, all their horrid policies and open offensive towards LGBTQ people is alright, right? Our society values civil discourse as more important than condemning injustice, and it's gross

Honestly the fact Gamers™ are still unironically fuming about Anita Sarkeesian being the architect of the destruction of video games should probably demonstrate just how absent perspective and maturity is from that crowd; as well as their constant need to have a target. Never mind the fact Sarkeesian did nothing beyond "be a feminist on the internet"... how can someone look at the world around them and seriously dedicate their passion and energy into railing against one person's status within video games?
