The current horror that is the catch and release policy in Multnomah County is three-pronged. It’s not just that we are releasing dangerous criminals on the front end of the system, which everyone talks about, but they are also releasing criminals on the backend, which few people know is occurring. 1/ Senate Bill 48 gutted our bail system in the state. At the time it was passed in 2021, many believed that it wouldn’t significantly change the way releases were handled. For example, Deschutes County circuit court judge Wells Ashby said, “The community should not be concerned about community safety" as a result of the changes. 2/

Within 24 hours of @DAMikeSchmidt releasing his unintentionally hilarious supposed takedown of his opponent Nathan Vasquez, a coordinated attack was perpetuated by some of the most notoriously corrupt non-profits in Portland against Vasquez. Read on: 1/

Let me tackle the complete lies these groups are saying about Vasquez, and then I will tell you what Vasquez actually stands for. First of all, comparing Vasquez to Trump and Rudy Giuliani is utterly absurd. This is simple fear-mongering, and it truly shows how afraid these 2/

In one of the most egregious scams run by leftists in Portland in recent years, the Red House on North Mississippi Avenue, which involved a violent direct action by leftist anarchists in 2020 and 2021, caught on fire today. 1/ Image The family who previously owned the house, the Kinney's, were foreclosed on due to non-payment of a mortgage they had taken out on the house around 15 years previously. Although standard judicial processes and contract procedures were followed during the foreclosure process, 2/

Alissa Azar, a well known leftist anarchist who is a regular at violent riots and “direct actions” had her Multnomah County charges dropped by @DAMikeSchmidt. The case stems from a violent assault on two street preachers and two independent journalists who were filming the attack.
Image Although there were several masked attackers, Azar was considered the ringleader, which is usually the case with her actions. She was also involved in the violent attack that sent four women to the hospital this last weekend at a woman’s rights event at the Hollywood Library.

So, let me get this straight: the new Secretary of State, who is unelected and selected by Gov. Kotek, decides there is nothing wrong, unethical, or corrupt about the OLCC pot audit that was responsible for the former Secretary of State’s, Shemia Fagan, resignation. The audit was handed over to La Mota owners, Aaron Mitchell and Rosa Cazares, for their approval prior to review in order to give favorable treatment for their marijuana company, the largest in the state. Cazares and Mitchell blew into the state a few years ago with millions in cash. They created over 100 LLC’s and bought dozens of properties in the state, which they use for… nothing apparently. One of their properties they purchased started the investigation into the couple because it was a trap house that was lit on fire multiple times and the illegal activity around it endangered and terrorized the surrounding neighborhood for months.

Oregon Board of Education eliminates requirements on writing, reading, and math on students. One has to wonder what students are required to learn by going to public schools, perhaps gender and race theory?

.washingtonexaminer.com/policy/educati… This is what students are facing in the state: no standardized testing or mastery of any core subjects, being shut out of schools for two years during Covid, and now in Portland, a teacher’s union strike that could keep students out of class for yet another extended period of time.

Shadowy, dark-money organization, Oregon Health Justice Recovery Alliance, whose ED, Tera Hurst, was one of the main proponents of Measure 110, is funding a vacation to Portugal for DA Mike Schmidt, County Chair Jessica Vega-Pederson, and others, in order to “to learn about the country’s pioneering drug-decriminalization policy.”

Hurst, a former candidate for Portland city council, was also Chief of Staff for disgraced former Portland Mayor Charlie Hales, as well serving on the staff of Val Hoyle, who has been recently called into question over her ties to La Mota, the cartel connected weed dispensary that brought down the political career of Shemia Fagan.

Adrian A. Cummins, the individual accused of stabbing the two minors at the Max Station off of Flavel in the Lents neighborhood, was charged with a bias crime. Although this individual had robbed the local 7/11 at knifepoint not 10 minutes before, they are trying to add this to his charges, probably because the race between victim and perp are different. From what we are hearing, there are two different points: 1) This individual was a recent arrival to Portland. One of his recent crimes he had been charged with in Oregon was being a fugitive from justice. He had been released also on felon in possession of a fire arm, and released on zero cash bail by @DAMikeSchmidt’s office.

Saturday, a 17-year-old parked her car while thrifting in the area. A trans female in a tent threw a stick at her and called her transphobic. She ignored him and continued to her destination. When she came back to her car this is what it looked like. The person, Vivian Shemansky has a significant criminal record, was arrested after the incident, and has already been released. The car has been declared a total. #portlandhomeless #portlandvandalism #portlandlookslikeshit #portlandpolice #portlandvandalism Image

We’ve heard through our sources that @wweek is going to be releasing a story about the Police Accountability Commission, which they will claim as a “breaking story” when we have been covering it for months. This is what we have so far on the Good Samaritan Hospital Shooting on Saturday.

A man who had on previous days been expelled from the hospital while his girlfriend was in its maternity ward came back on Saturday morning, apparently with a large cache of guns in a bag. Hospital staff alerted security that the man, whom the girlfriend’s family didn’t want around their pregnant relative, had come onto the property and arrived on the 5th floor, where the maternity ward is located.

When a security guard, 44-year-old Bobby Smallwood,

There is little doubt that a criminal justice reform philosophy is deeply embedded in Oregon’s governing. Let me provide some examples. Multnomah County isn’t funding corrections as several sections of the jail are closed. DA Mike Schmidt doesn’t advocate for victims or prosecution, and would rather engage in “restorative justice.”Our legislature passes bills such as SB 819 that cuts sentencing by one half. And let’s not forget, our former Governor Kate Brown released over 1000 inmates for clemency, more than all other governors combined

While the local police department decided to have the audacity to lecture the general population about the supposed lack of connections among the six deceased women who have been found since February, here is what has been released about six women: 1/11 Kristin Smith: She went missing around the Mall 205/Gateway Transit Center in December of 2022. Executive Director of the ACLU uses the tired false narrative that police go around harassing homeless people. Anyone with even a modicum of understanding know this isn’t the case. In studying homeless camps for years, many of them are hubs of organized crime. Many with the individuals within the camp are victims of those who are controlling the drug supply, those of who commit crimes like theft, as well as physical and sexual assault, and those who sexually traffic female victims. As people like Chung like to say in other venues

The point-in-time homeless 2022 count has some interesting information. First important statistic, although a slight majority of homeless have lived in Multnomah Co over 2 years, only 20% are originally from the county. Homeless people’s housing status upon arrival was that nearly 70% were homeless when they migrated to the county.

Before Jimmy Carter takes his final farewell tour as being a kind humanitarian who was perhaps too naive and not vicious enough to be president of the US, these are examples of his “humanitarianism”

He funded the genocide of the people of East Timor as the Indonesian army he funded slaughtered 200k people, all because of access to submarine lanes and oil

He backed Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge over the Vietnamese after they had committed perhaps the most brutal genocide the world has ever seen

He backed and funded Nicaraguan dictator Somoza

Just to let you know: I’ve studied these actions. I’ve studied Foucault (a post-modernist child rapist) and Marcuse (a German post-Nazi racist). I’ve lived in SE Asia and visited the Killing Fields in Cambodia. I’ve been to Secret Lake near Kampot in Cambodia, where thousands died, digging out a lake with their bare hands in 100 degree heat, only to be buried under the lake after they collapsed in heat exhaustion and died. The “secret” isn’t the location of the lake, the secret is the thousands who were buried there, succumbing to the

In the typical fallible wisdom of Portland anarchists, they defaced a playground and facilities of Alberta Park last night. Why, you ask?

Well, because an anarchist was shot and killed after opening fire on police…in Atlanta, GA. 3000 miles away from Portland. ImageImageImage Anarchists have been camping out in a park in Atlanta, creating one of their autonomous zones in the area, protesting the building of a police training facility,- because, you know, cops being trained is “bad.”

Back in December, five members of this protest were arrested

So I went to the Police Accountability Commission meeting tonight at the Center for Equity and Inclusion building…which used to be a cool old bar on Alberta called Joe’s Place.

Here are my thoughts: 1/ The first 30 minutes of the 2 hour meeting were the organizers trying to get organized, doing land acknowledges, doing introductions with pronouns, and laying out the rules of the meeting…mostly just telling people not to be racist or bigoted. 2/
