We’ll start with a TL;DR. First, PDXCC does not support ABA. 1/ While a small population of autistic folks may have had positive experiences with ABA and we will never discredit their experiences, overall ABA is a harmful “therapy” and we condemn its use. 2/

Hey y’all! As many of you know, because of the smoke in OR, the protests have been put on hold in order to switch the focus to mutual aid. As this pause is happening, we’ve observed that for many folks this is the first real “break” they’ve had, even though it’s not really 1/? a break, simply a switch in focus.
