ESB has just released draft Integrated System Plan Rules for consultation. These changes to the National Electricity Rules will put into action AEMO’s two-yearly ISP and better integrate the ISP with existing planning and RIT-T processes. 1/8 coagenergycouncil.gov.au/publications/c…

Last night on @abc730 Australian Energy Council (peak body for big energy generators & retailers) said people should have to go through their retailer to do demand response, saying "that direct contractual relationship has worked very well”. Let's look at how well that's worked.
