Veo 3.1 + Nano Banana is insane 🤯

Google’s new models let us make million-dollar looking ads for brands like Wander.

Copy our entire process for making this ad below 👇🧵

This ad was directed by @TheoDudley!
He wrote this breakdown for us today :D

Concept:
Tim Burton was a big inspiration for Theo growing up. Beetlejuice was a huge reference for this ad. He wanted a high-energy romp that wasn’t scary but never too safe either. Image

I just found a Sora 2 cheat code 🤯

This will let you make a million-dollar full anime episode with CONSISTENT CHARACTERS right now.

Homemade anime will be the biggest trend of 2026.

Millions of new shows will be born next year and here's how they'll do it 👇🧵 Initially, in the first video the character's face wasn't dialed, but this next segment (below) ended up being the right look for our hero.

Sora only outputs 10-15 second clips, so you need to have a way to hack the system for consistency.

This may be the most unhinged AI commercial we've ever made 🤣

We took some of the most iconic money mistakes in history and showed how Origin's AI advisor might have helped...

Steal our full process + prompts below 👇🧵

Concept:
Origin wanted to show how their AI advisor could’ve saved history’s worst investors, so our writer, Peter Sherer, went big.

He spoofed 2,000 years of bad financial advice, from Pompeii timeshares to Titanic investments to cryptobros. Image

Our AI ad for David Beckham’s company, IM8, just got 35 million views ONE DAY on IG.

Check out the process for how we made an AI twin of Aryna Sabalenka (#1 tennis player in the world) and then aired it in Times Square for the US Open.

Full prompts and process below 👇🧵 IM8 came to us with a wild idea. They wanted their version of Neo’s “Choice” scene in the Matrix, but centered on their brand ambassador, Aryna.

@natedern crafted a fantastic script, and our director @TheoDudley created a comprehensive treatment to bring it to life. Image

Ramp hired us to make a zombie-horror ad, and the shoot turned into a NIGHTMARE until we changed one critical thing.

Tons of AI filmmakers make this SAME MISTAKE, but it's easy to fix.

Let me show you how (prompt included) 👇🧵 In the past, I've preached Veo 3 text-to-video, but it was a mistake for this.

It turned out looking like EVERY OTHER Veo 3 video (GENERIC AF)

We did the ad without approvals or storyboards and it cost us a week.

We had to rebuild it from the ground up via a better way.

This entire sci-fi series looks like something from Disney+.
But it's made by ONE GUY, not a studio.
Weekly episodes. Weird aliens. Buddy cop chaos.
Hundreds of millions of views.
Neuralviz just cracked the future of cinema.
Here's the tools he uses 👇🏼🧵
@NeuralViz started creating this series exactly a year ago.

I remember watching these when they had 300 views; I was blown away by how witty the writing is.

I've gotten to know the creator and he's publicly stated that he's been in the industry for years as a writer

We made a 25-minute FULLY AI TV show in 3 months, and I’m sharing all our secrets for free 👀

See EXACTLY how we brought Jonah’s story to life.

Here's how to create a full TV show in 15 easy steps.

Copy my PROMPTS and process below 👇🏼🧵 If you told my 13-year-old self I’d be making a biblical epic with just a computer and a few friends, I’d say that’s the coolest job ever.

The tech isn’t fully lifelike yet, but it’s wild how far we’ve come and what’s already possible.

Hope you learn from our process 🙌🏼👇🏼

This may be the best AI commercial we’ve ever made.

We worked with one of the best directors in the world to create a wild new ad for Kalshi (Last one hit 100M views)

Here’s a breakdown of how we made it in ONE WEEK (prompt included) 👇🏼🧵

Everything starts with the script. The Kalshi team asked us to think of a way to showcase their brand in a way that really highlights underdogs throughout history.

Epic historical footage is perfect for AI so it seemed like a great angle to take for this video. Image

🤯 Grok 4 just dropped.

History will remember this update as a significant step towards superintelligence.

I assembled the top AI artists on X to create a promo video.

Here’s exactly how we made this video, step-by-step 👇🏼🧵 I made this because I'm a huge sci-fi nerd. (This post is not political)

I love the mission of SpaceX, Tesla, Grok, and Neuralink because they’re paving the way to a future where cancer is gone and humans live for centuries as an interplanetary species.

Breaking 🚨:

You can now upload images to Veo 3 and make them talk!

Here's how 👇🏼 First start with an image.

If you want to use Midjourney, use a prompt like this and drag and drop a product image as a reference. Image

Here's the top 10 videos from the explore page and the prompts used 👇🏼 For what it's worth, I think it does anime the best. This is the big use case I think people will use it for.

Kalshi hired me to make the most unhinged NBA Finals commercial possible.

Network TV actually approved this GTA-style madness 🤣

High-dopamine Veo 3 videos will be the ad trend of 2025.

Here’s how I made it in just TWO DAYS 👇🏼 (Prompt included)

My Veo 3 viral video process is very simple.

I’ve generated 30M+ views in 3 weeks using this exact workflow: Image
Jun 9 6 tweets 3 min read
Yesterday, this account had 0 followers and 0 videos. Today: 120k followers, 8M views, just from posting four Veo 3 videos.

If you're not making Veo 3 content, you’re skipping a once-in-a-generation shortcut to the top .001% of creators.

Steal this prompt 👇🏼 A cinematic handheld selfie-style medium shot, set on a snowy battlefield at dusk. A stormtrooper in full white armor holds the camera at arm’s length, his helmeted face perfectly framed as snowflakes swirl gently in the cold air. His armor is lightly dusted with frost and ash. Behind him, a vast frozen landscape stretches into a shallow-focus blur—explosions flicker in the distance, and streaks of missile trails arc across the twilight sky.

The stormtrooper slowly pans the camera sideways, revealing another stormtrooper crouched in the snow, carefully sculpting a snowman with exaggerated focus. Bits of snow cling to his gloved hands and leg plates as he works.

Back on camera, the first stormtrooper yells with a sense of urgency:
“Okay so we’re in the middle of an active firefight, people are screaming, and Greg’s building a darn snowman.”

I think this tool will generate millions for creators this year.

HeyGen just launched their AI studio, and it's nuts.

Here's how you can use and monetize it 👇🏼 To win on TikTok and Instagram right now, you need SPEED and CONTROL.

Gone are the days of one polished ad per month. Content is a numbers game. The brands scaling fast are posting 3–5+ times per day, not per week.

Here’s how creators are using @HeyGen_Official 's AI Studio to build scalable UGC machines and make real money 👇🏼

1. Spin Up Multiple TikTok Accounts Per Brand

Treat each account like a test tube. Different angles. Different avatars. Different hooks.
Post 2–5 videos per day on each account to gather fast data. You’re not looking for perfection — you’re looking for signals.

The algorithm doesn’t care who you are. It cares if people watch. Let AI do the heavy lifting so you can move at algorithm speed.

2. Test Avatars + Steal Proven Hooks

Go steal the hooks that already went viral in your niche. Reformat. Rephrase. Reuse.

Let the AI say them, but change the context to fit your brand.

Test 50 messages. Keep the 3 that hit. Build the rest around those.

3. Don’t Have a Product? Sell the System

If you’re not selling your own product, be the machine for other brands.

Show example videos you made with AI avatars.
Track views, clicks, and conversions.

Offer to run Avatar UGC tests for early-stage brands that can’t afford influencers.

This is an easy foot-in-the-door offer. Once you prove ROI, you upsell into a monthly retainer.

Bonus Tip: TikTok doesn’t care if your avatar is fake — if it hooks attention. Use avatars with strong eye contact, tight framing, and native-style subtitles. Make it feel like a human, even if it isn’t.

Now let's explore how HeyGen's AI studio helps you create.

If you're not satisfied with the performance, you can now direct your avatar's actions using text prompts!

‘Bible influencer’ videos went CRAZY VIRAL this weekend and pulled in millions of views.

I’m gonna teach you how I made this video, step-by-step.

Here's my EXACT conversation with ChatGPT to make these Veo 3 prompts 👇🏼 My process for Veo 3 videos is VERY simple:

1. Basic Script with ChatGPT (or Gemini/Grok, etc.)
2. Expand to a Shot list using my prompt structure
3. Paste into Veo 3 and choose favorites.
4. Edit in Final Cut/Capcut, etc.

This type of historical vlog/selfie Bible content is EXPLODING on TikTok.

500K views in 12 hours from an account that only had 1 video and 100 followers.

Try the prompt for yourself 👇🏼 Try this prompt in Veo 3:

A cinematic handheld selfie-style video shot, showing a young man in ancient Middle Eastern robes with shoulder-length dark hair and a short beard, holding the camera like a selfie cam. He’s inside a dimly lit stone den with rugged cave walls. Behind him, several large lions slowly pace or rest, casting shadows in the flickering torchlight. The man speaks directly into the camera he holds, slightly amused expression as he whispers.
He says: Alright, welcome to my crib. That one is asleep, he gets grouchy in the mornings.

He looks happy as he whispers, as if he knows a secret. He pans the camera to show the lions in the background behind him.

The light pours from the cave entrance above that illuminates the dark cave chamber with the lions below.
Time of Day: day
Lens: ultra-wide selfie lens, shallow depth of field
Film Stock: vintage 35mm documentary style, selfie camera view
Audio: (implied) ambient lion growls
Background: Lions sleeping behind the young man.

I used to shoot $500k pharmaceutical commercials.

I made this for $500 in Veo 3 credits in less than a day.

What’s the argument for spending $500K now?

(Steal my prompt below 👇🏼) This was made entirely in Veo 3 (text to video).

I can't believe that making an ad is this easy. Shooting something like this would have taken me and 50 crew members over 2 months from script to final edit.

Here's my prompt for the opening shot 👇🏼

Massive gap in the market: AI Bible story films.
Demand is huge. Supply is almost zero.

Audiences aren’t picky about fidelity—they just want more.

Pray .com is going all-in on AI video. They're getting millions of views.

Big opportunity for AI filmmakers and studios. Check out their channel's comments. Almost zero negative comments on all their AI video.

Perfect customer segment for AI right now. Many other Christian studios are starting this now, but it's going to be a massive race soon.

AI video quality just 10x’d overnight. I’m speechless.

Kling 2.0 just dropped and I’ve already burned through $1,250 in credits testing its limits.

I’ve never seen motion this fluid or prompts this accurate.
Here’s exactly how I made this video, step-by-step 👇🧵 2. Concept
This week, Kling gave me early access to 2.0 and asked if I’d consider making a launch film. I said yes.
The story concept came from something @friedberg said on @theallinpod -- as AI automates labor and knowledge, we return to what we’ve always been: storytellers. Image

Midjourney v7 is breathtaking.

I created this short film from scratch in just 3 hours, using only $50 in Kling credits.

Here’s how I created it (and how you can too) 🧵 Seriously, I can’t get over how good these images look. I used no references, no moodboards, just simple prompts.

Step 1 was working with ChatGPT to create a shotlist:
“Generate me a shotlist for 20 shots of a misty Japanese village getting ready for war, using this prompt structure:

“A cinematic wide shot of a traditional Japanese samurai village nestled in a mountain valley at dawn; soft morning mist rolls over thatched rooftops and rice paddies; villagers begin to stir as smoke rises from cooking fires.”

It would give me 20 prompts at a time, and then I iterated and asked it for closeups, wides, or different shots.Image
