1. Fellow compatriots, I address you again in continuation of our collective fight against the Corona Virus disease commonly referred to as COVID-19.

Consequently, he has directed that thorough investigation be carried out to unravel the circumstances surrounding the killing of the young man. He assures that those found culpable will face the law of the land.
At this point, he strongly appeals to Citizens to abide by guidelines relating to social distancing, use of face masks, personal hygiene, and handwashing. He asks the people to as much as possible to stay at home to avoid contacting the virus and transmitting it.
