He noted that the two nations share the same vision for the Indopacific: one that is free and open, prosperous and secure.

DAY 2 of the State Visit got off to an early start. As we move through the morning, we want to underscore the importance of this 🇫🇷🇺🇸 meeting to both nations. As we know, a State Visit is the highest, most personal form of diplomatic relations between two countries, and this is the first under the Biden-Harris administration.
