In July 2020, as a First year junior resident doctor at Dept of Radiodiagnosis, Gmc Bhopal, I faced a serious thought—suicide. Toxic environment, mental torture, and long duty hours made life unbearable My HOD Dr.Lovely kaushal & Asst Professor Dr.Vivek kumar Soni created an atmosphere of fear and threat. Consecutive 36-hour work, no leave, and demanding personal works took a toll on us. Opportunities for growth were denied, conferences & paper publications were blocked.
