🚨WHERES THE CHILDREN🚨

Thread 5/8🧵THE 91% PROBLEM🪡

We've shown you WHO runs the system. We've shown you the revolving door. We've shown you the Obama inner circle.

Now let's follow the money.Image THE GRAND JURY FINDING

In 2024, a Florida Statewide Grand Jury investigated the federal system for handling unaccompanied migrant children.

Their conclusion was devastating:

"Exposed a system of fraud, corruption, and abuse that was so egregious, it should shock the conscience of every Floridian."

They estimated that 70% of federal funding goes to administration, not child care.

When we first saw that number, we thought it was shocking.

Then we did our own analysis.

It's not 70%. It's 91%.Image

Thread 4/8🧵THE VISTRIA CONNECTION🪡

We've shown you the Wall Street executives. We've shown you the former Cabinet secretaries. We've shown you the revolving door.

Now let's talk about the inner circle.

MONA SUTPHEN

Remember this name: Mona K. Sutphen.

From 2009 to 2011, she served as White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy under President Barack Obama.

That's not a minor position. The Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy is one of the most powerful unelected positions in the federal government. Every major policy decision crosses that desk.

Immigration policy. Refugee policy. Federal contracting policy.

All of it.

After leaving the White House in 2011, Mona Sutphen didn't retire. She didn't go teach at a university. She didn't write memoirs.

She joined The Vistria Group.Image WHAT IS THE VISTRIA GROUP?

The Vistria Group is a private equity firm based in Chicago.

As of 2024, they manage approximately $16 billion in assets.

Their investment focus? Healthcare, education, and financial services.

Now, who founded The Vistria Group?

Marty Nesbitt.

Thread 3/8🧵THE REVOLVING DOOR🪡

In Thread 2, we showed you WHO sits on the boards of America's refugee organizations - Wall Street titans and former Cabinet secretaries.

Now let's show you HOW they got there.

THE PATTERN

There's a well-worn path in Washington. It goes like this:

STEP 1: Work in government
(State Dept, Treasury, DHS, ORR, HUD, FCC)

STEP 2: Set policies on refugees, immigration, federal contracting

STEP 3: Leave government

STEP 4: Join Wall Street
(BlackRock, Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, Carlyle)

STEP 5: Sit on boards of "nonprofits"
that receive billions in federal contracts

STEP 6: Those Wall Street firms invest in industries
that serve the populations you're "helping"

STEP 7: PROFIT

This isn't conspiracy theory. This is career trajectory. And we can trace it person by person.Image CASE STUDY #1: TIMOTHY GEITHNER

Thread 2/8 🧵 THE BOARD ROOM🪡

In thread 1, we showed you the numbers: 300,000+ missing children, $7.88 billion unexplained, 91% of funding that never reaches the kids.

Now let's talk about who's running this show.Image THE INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE

The IRC is the largest refugee resettlement organization in America.

In 2023, they received $587 million from U.S. federal agencies.

Their CEO is David Miliband - the former Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom.

His salary? $1.25 million per year.

At a charity.

For refugees.

Let that sink in for a moment.

A "nonprofit" CEO making more than most Fortune 500 executives, running an organization funded almost entirely by your tax dollars.

But that's not even the interesting part.

Let's look at who sits on the IRC's Board of Directors and Board of Advisors.Image

🚨WHERE ARE THE CHILDREN?🚨

Thread 1/8 🧵 The Refugee Industrial Complex🪡

In April 2023, the New York Times reported that the federal government had lost track of 85,000 migrant children.

By August 2024, that number had grown to over 300,000.

Three hundred thousand children. Gone.

Not "returned to their home countries."
Not "reunited with family."

Gone.

Some were found working overnight shifts at slaughterhouses.

Others at roofing companies.
Food processing plants.
Cleaning crews at factories.

Children. Working dangerous jobs. In the dark.

The Department of Homeland Security's own Inspector General called it a crisis. Congress held hearings. Whistleblowers testified. The ORR Director couldn't answer basic questions about where the children went.

But here's what nobody asked:

If billions of taxpayer dollars flow to organizations whose sole purpose is to care for these children... why are they disappearing?Image THE NUMBERS DON'T LIE

Every year, the federal government awards billions of dollars in grants and contracts to handle unaccompanied children at the southern border.

In 2023 alone: over $7 billion.

That money goes to private "nonprofit" organizations contracted by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). Organizations with names that sound trustworthy. Church-affiliated. Charitable.

Organizations like:

- BCFS Health and Human Services
- Southwest Key Programs
- The International Rescue Committee
- Catholic Charities

These organizations receive the federal money. They're supposed to house the children, feed them, educate them, provide medical care, and ultimately place them with vetted sponsors.

That's what they're supposed to do.

But something doesn't add up.Image
