Conflating "White" with "American" is a mistake that will ultimate work against the goals of these people; they will make more turn against the *idea* of "American" and stop supporting "Americanism", and thus give actual anti-Americans (communists) power.
The veneer of "America" as a mythical race-based, "white-only", homeland, as opposed to a land of those with a common set of beliefs, ultimately excludes a LOT of potential allies that would otherwise support a broader return to traditional (actually) "American" values.
