Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, was a eugenicist and a horrible racist, specifically against blacks.
She wanted to push birth control to the black community. She knew that blacks at the time were not likely to trust whites. Knowing that blacks were very religious, she devised a plan to recruit black pastors to be the messengers to the people.
