1/4 When the ZEC website was hacked on 1 August 2018, forensic experts investigated.
They found ZEC was hosted on an Africom server, IP 41.57.65.19, sharing hosting with other sites like netguardsec.com.
Shared hosting means the server was not at ZEC.
@mangwana_jasper2/4 The website was developed in a rush by Africom from May then uploaded on the Africom domain zec.org.zw in July, not the usual GVT's zec.gov.zw.
The code Africom used was recycled and had significant security flaws.
Rigging in March By-Elections: Cowdry Park, Ward 28
In the 2018 harmonized elections, MDC-A's Nyasha Hapson Ncube won ward 28 (Cowdry Park), in Bulawayo Municipality with 8,514 votes. Notice that over 18,000 people voted in this ward. #ZECmustExplain
2):
In March 2019, a by election took place in this ward 28, Cowdry Park. Only 4,369 people were allowed to vote in this by-election. Not surprising, @ZANUPF_Official won that ward with 1,899 votes. MDC-A got 1,450 votes - a close election despite rigging.
