Even after the queen described her as a much loved member of the family. Even when she admitted to suffering from suicidal ideation. She hasn’t committed a crime & she isn’t a govt minister but she gets less grace than a groomer If anyone tells you the unrelenting abuse of Meghan is about anything but racism, they are lying. Schofield has been deservedly under the microscope for 2 weeks & ppl are already concerned about his mental health, but when Meghan held back tears in South Africa she was attacked

So…the world’s oldest intern finally got the job and he’s having a big shiny hat ceremony to celebrate. A lot of the conversations in this twittersphere revolve around the racist double standards that Meghan was forced to live with while a working royal, but the departure of Kate’s upteenth private secretary has really brought that to the fore… It starts with the media, offering plenty of improbable excuses for why she left so suddenly, after already accepting the job. All these insights and excuses are also offered without any quotes from the woman herself. How generous of them…😏

I’m saddened but I can’t say I’m surprised to see Victoria Arbiter blame the outing of her unethical behaviour on “the sussexsquad”.
Meghan is royal reporting’s favourite scapegoat, so it stands to reason her fans would be too.

The facts however, are something very different. Many ppl called out how this behaviour would reflect on CNN.

Prince William’s letter 2 the partner of an US police officer who died during the insurrection is prompting some questions.
His right-wing base question his sudden foray into what they see as divisive US political issues, while others question the timing of the letter’s writing🤔 Cynics might say the timing of the letter’s writing, as well as it’s release (during the massive PR week linked to Will’s 40th birthday) represents a continuation of KP’s efforts to compete with H&M for hearts & minds in left wing circles & the US market…but I’m not a cynic😉

I can understand why megxits like Kayla & Tori are trying 2 distance themselves from certain members of their crew.

I’ve followed #MeghanMarkle story 4 about 2 years & read so many column inches, but realised today that I’ve hardly seen any of the video from her detractors.
Mainly cos I don’t watch that type of tv & also cos I don’t want 2 give them clicks, but 2day I fell down a rabbit hole First clip was a pre-wedding Carole Malone (no snitch tagging!!) who has recently stated there are no parallels btwn Meghan & Diana...loudly proclaiming that there r MAJOR parallels between Meghan & Diana. She also states tht there’s no way Meghan can knw what’s in store for her

Some1 critcised Meghan recently 4 not bringing enough “old-world glamour” 2 her looks. The idea being that royals dress with the past in mind.
As people have a tendency 2 rewrite history in order 2 pile on Meghan, thght we’d look at a little Royal history, our subject- The Queen The Queen is in her 20’s here. She’s dressed in the classic 40’s style. An hourglass silhouette with feminine details, contrasted by pronounced almost masculine shoulders. The look says (in the parlance of the time), that she’s a swell gal, but she means business😜
