⭕ Zionist terrorists finally released Palestinian girl; Joanna Abu Muqaddam (14 years old), yesterday with a financial guarantee of 4,000 shekels. She was kidnapped from her house on 4/11/2024.

According to her mother; Joanna was psychologically abused and left alone in – an isolated cell for a week with no water and food, leaving her dehydrated, and malnourished.

⭕ 28 mothers are among 67 female captives illegally detained in occupation jails and are deprived of their families and children.

Among them;

1. Zainab Ahmed Sajdiya.
She has been suffering from cancer since 2009 and requires ongoing medical care. 2. Palestinian teacher Siham Muhammad Khader Abu Ayyash. She has been detained without trial and charge since December 24, 2023

⭕ During Ramadan, more than 9,000 captives, including vulnerable groups such as women, children, and the sick, are subjected to a starvation policy in occupation prisons, with the prison administration obstructing their religious practices like prayer and Quran reading. (1/ The policy of starvation has exacerbated significantly after October 7th due to measures like closing canteens, confiscating remaining food supplies, reducing food portions, and providing poor-quality food such as not cooked well food and expired canned food.

⭕ A 2015 academic study reported cases of sexual torture of Palestinian male captives by Zionist authorities.

• The food is just morsels, a meal sufficient for two people is served to 12 captives; insufficient to quench hunger.

• The food is poor in both quantity and quality. Often undercooked and most of the times inedible. Thousands of Palestinian captives in occupation jails are facing systematic crimes of starvation policy, in addition to continuous torture and abuse, which has intensified since October 7, threatening the fate of thousands of them, especially the sick, elderly, and children.

⭕ Torture Positions in “Israeli” Occupation Prisons @Addameer

1. The Banana Position

The detainee's legs cuffed to the lower part of a chair (the back of the chair is positioned to the side) and his/her hands cuffed to each other.

In some cases, the interrogators sit on the detainee's legs while being in the banana position and harshly beat the detainee on her/his chest and thighs.

Testimonies from female captives;

A few days ago, an elderly woman (80 years old) from Gaza, arrived in the section; walking with a crutch and without a head cover.

Her body & clothes were full of blood and she did not know anything, apparently suffering from Alzheimer's (1/ The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission reported today, the prison administration deliberately subjected female captives from the Gaza Strip to the worst treatment whether through beating and insults, naked searches, solitary confinement & deprivation of basic rights.

The freed captives who left Zionist prisons with a lost memory and did not recognize their families.

1. Basil Ayida

Upon his release, he did not recognize his mother and siblings.He was afraid and did not interact with anyone. He repeatedly said,"Take me back to the cell." 1/ Basil was abducted and imprisoned at the age of 15. He did not suffer from any psychological or health problems, according to his family. He spent 11 years in occupation prisons of which 6 years in grave-size solitary confinement.

1. Mohammed Abu Naim —

“ We've been tortured in jail. We heard difficult cries from other sections, especially captives from Gaza and we saw a lot of blood.” 2. Palestine Najm — “No water, we were drinking unclean water. We did not have any food. We’ve been humiliated on our way back. They always treated us in a very bad way, and they knocked on the door all the time. ”

The child Adam Abouda Ghaith, (14 years old) is among those children who will released from the occupation dungeon.

A few months ago, he told the Commission’s lawyer,  who was able to visit him ;

They forced me to kneel after they blindfolded me and tied my hands and feet.— After an hour of kneeling on my knees, I could not bear the pain, as a month before my arrest I was injured in a car accident, and the joint in my left foot disintegrated, and I had a platinum implant in it, —

⭕ Khaled Awawdeh suffers from serious health complications as an outcome of his prolonged hunger strike which led to nerve damage & the inability to walk.

“The biggest fear is that Khalil will lose the ability to walk and he might need to adapt to a life in a wheelchair,” Khalil Awawdeh went on a hunger strike, which began last March and lasted for 172 days, against the policy of unlawful administrative detention.

After an initial 111 days, he suspended his hunger strike based on promises of his release, but the occupation broke its promise –

“Had it not been for the policy of medical negligence & what I was subjected to, I would not have become without legs.

I waited for many promises to treat me, & I lost my limbs while waiting. Today I live on painkillers& I can no longer sleep. We are all in line for martyrdom.” The captive with half a body; Nahed Al-Aqraa

He was arrested with one of his feet amputated and after being thrown into the occupation prisons and subjected to medical neglect, which led to amputation of his other leg.

He is permanently confined to the Ramleh Prison.

While visiting her detained brother in Ramon prison, she was subjected to provocations & humiliating searches.
She fought back in defend of herself.

The prison administration immediately arrested her claiming she carried out a stabbing attack.
The case of Prisoner Aseel Al-Taiti On 2nd Oct 2022, along with her mother&her brother, Mahmoud, she visited her detained brother,Prisoner Sabaa.

During the inspection, the warden removed her scarf by force and Aseel pushed her in response.

The prison administration arrested her along with her mother & brother.

The Untold Story of Zakaria Zubeidi..

Zakaria was born in 1976. At 13, he was shot by the occupation soldiers for throwing stones. At 14, he was arrested for the first time.

His mother and his brother, Taha, were killed by the occupation during battle of Jenin 2002. On 15 May 2022, his brother Daoud, the leader of the Al-Aqsa Brigades, succumbed to his wounds after being shot and arrested by the occupation forces during an armed clash in the Jenin camp. The occupation authorities also kidnapped his body.
