@syrpis @GeorgePeretzQC @Sime0nStylites @GuitarMoog @rdanielkelemen @mrjamesob @lsebrexitvote I agree, a PV without a GE mandate for it would be hazardous, especially with limited preparation time & one after a GE would be daft. A GNU purely for a PV would be v hard to set up or keep on an even keel. It postpones addressing the causes of Brexit & could make them worse. 1/ @syrpis @GeorgePeretzQC @Sime0nStylites @GuitarMoog @rdanielkelemen @mrjamesob @lsebrexitvote If there is to be a GNU, its aim should be to solve Brexit within 2 years by running a proper transparent consultative process with full impact assessments. There should be no preconceptions about the outcome or whether or not a confirmatory PV is required. 2/

And read him Stories through and through,

You say you’re being misrepresented, but in fact it is you who’s misrepresenting what I am saying. What I said was clear. Whatever the Court decides, EUNoWA was framed so as to sideline Parliament, to let it duck its responsibility. As you say yourself 1/5
I said you should be ashamed to be providing intellectual cover to the process. I think so still. As for your claim that you’ve already refuted the points being made, it seems to me you just ignore questions you don’t have answers to. Like this. 2/5
