CLAIM: Adrenochrome isn't even real.
FALSE. Adrenochrome is very real, it was discovered (unnamed) as early as 1923 by Abderhalden and Gellhorn who detailed a “deep colour” of some adrenaline-based solutions that were left at room temperature for 24 hours, concluding that “the more deeply coloured solutions were less active.” In other words, adrenaline will spontaneously break down at room temperature.
