DEVELOPING STORY:
Lesotho airline, Mohahlaula has opened a criminal case against Liqhobong, @DiamondsLetseng, Mothae and Kao mines for allegedly acquiring airspace permits fraudulently.

Mohahlaula Airlines boss Phafane Nkotsi says using foreign airlines to transport Lesotho diamonds contraves the country's Mining and Mineral Act 2005 and Civil Aviation Act 2008. He says his company's insistence on mining companies to comply with Lesotho laws attracted a comment from
