I took a deep dive on the new image feature on ChatGPT 4.0 for histology images and it is 🤯
Follow along below. Note, images are from publically available de-identified slides available on the internet.
Question 1 gave it an image of lung histology and i just asked it what it was with no context. It provided an answer that this was an H&E image and identified it was lung and correctly described why it was lung

I am putting together a talk on PD-L1 and I have developed some cartoons to help describe the different scoring systems and provide a visual easy to understand picture of how #Pathologists interpret PD-L1
There are three major scoring systems that are used for PD-L1
TPS (Tumor proportion score)
CPS (Combined Positive Score)
IC (Immune cell score)
We can use cartoons to conceptualize what these mean.
