I don't know how to deal with all of this without just talking about it. This country and the world is just a very sad place right now, and I don't know what to do about it.
The terrorist attacks against innocent Israelis have brought forward some of the most soul-crushing images, videos, and first hand accounts that are even imaginable. And then in response we see worldwide...celebrations??

This is a really well done story from 60 Minutes about America's and China's naval race, plus a little nugget about Xi saying he wants Taiwan by 2027.
The other critical part is that by 2027, the Chinese navy will have 440 ships while the US will be down too 280 or so. Though I think we have them greatly outnumbered in carriers and subs/sub technology.
