This shows in the last 10 yrs Lambeth:

Sold over 330 council homes at private auction to developers/individuals

(Thread) Since the report was issued we found another 99 empty properties that the council sold off in the last 10 years

The sale raised over £150M, yet in the same period the council built just 9 new houses.
