* False equivalence. Very few countries have ever "locked down." Those very, very few that did it mostly right were able to close to (relative) normalcy much more quickly.
* The "lockdowns" have been so difficult because they have dragged on and on, weakened...

* Political ideologies, false beliefs about Economics, the worship of Econ/economy, i.e. the wealth of the very rich, have driven what should have been purely scientifically-based decisions about the pandemic and the lockdowns.
