I've mentioned it before but since Google is in the news again with *another* round of layoffs, I think it's pertinent to give my analysis of why Google is structurally doomed.

1/ 1. Their search now sucks. They made everything woke and killed their main product. Everyone on the right knows about their election meddling and many have diversified to other search engines. Why use a search engine owned by people who hate us?
