When [Competitive Heart] reaches X/Y stacks, increase party's ATK and Fire DMG Dealt by X%/increase Junpei's DMG RES by Y%, increase party's ATK and Fire DMG Dealt by Y%.

Junpei gains 1 Charge stack every 2 turns, when taking non Damage Over Time damage, use [Power Swing] on the attacker then gain X [Competitive Heart] stacks.

[Power Swing]: Deal Phys damage to 1 foe, this is guaranteed to be a critical hit. Also inflict [Fever Pitch] and grant the party a Shield equal to X% of Junpei's Max HP. Theurgy [Blizzard Edge] can upgrade [Frost] to [Rime], when allies use a Persona skill to attack foes with [Rime], activate [Cruel Edge].
[Rime]: Can activate all [Frost] effects.
