🧵 15 years ago, a Swiss politician Dick Marty volunteered to write a report on "illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo". EU & US pressured Kosovo to create a special court "to clear the clouds from liberation war". The court is going to cost 1 billion Euro, at minimum. 1/ Dick Marty had a history of anti-American tirades, and he authored another CoE report on CIA black sites (erroneously stating KFOR base in Bondsteel, Kosovo was a CIA black site). He also had history of statements against independence of Kosovo in Swiss political landscape. 2/

For Hill (one of top US diplomats), key issue is "the future of Serb community in Kosovo". He revealed "there is understanding to get back to the Association of Serbian municipalities" adding “No more crisis. We want complete normalization of relations between two countries”. 2/

Western media reporting of barricades by Serb groups in north of Kosovo and Kosovo Policed confirmed of two border posts to Serbia closed. Background in this thread: Kosovo government has approved a measure few months ago banning car plates of Kosovan cities printed in Serbia & used in some Serbian-populated areas in north. They are illegal so the move was meant to integrate these vehicles in Kosovo system. Belgrade became aggressive.
