Your video didn’t flop because the niche is “oversaturated”

I studied 100+ viral videos that got 1,000,000+ views
and here’s the truth:
the algorithm doesn’t reward good videos
it rewards viewer satisfaction - and that’s a formula you can control 👇 🧵

I used AI to decode how YouTube tests channels to build trust with the algorithm from day 1
Pass it, and your videos get pushed
Fail it, and you get stuck at 0

I used AI to break down how the youtube algorithm treats different niches..
and here’s how to reverse-engineer exactly what the system wants from yours 👇
1.
Every niche has a different algorithmic fingerprint
a 12-minute storytime doesn’t get ranked the same way as a 45-minute podcast or a 3-minute animation
the algorithm learns viewer expectations per niche - and ranks videos based on how well they match them

3 weeks ago we launched 34 long-form channels
All AI generated content
A mixture of brand new, aged & monetized channels
An update of how it's going👇
I want to start this thread by saying I am aware of the recent AI termination wave
Repeating myself - do not invest in AI channels as a means of making money long-term
This is a gold rush, get your money, invest in stronger channels - and bounce

2 weeks ago we launched 34 long-form channels
All AI generated content
A mixture of aged, new & pre-monetized channels
Here's how it's going 🧵👇
First of all my thoughts on AI channels:
- I see them as temporary. I am not building the project for the "long-run"
YouTube ALWAYS (no exceptions) cracks down on low quality content, so 99% of AI channels will sooner or later get terminated/demonetized
- Regardless, it is a business opportunity and I am all about doing side quests so here we go

What is a Faceless YouTube Channel?
Thread time🧵
YouTube is a versatile platform that accommodates a huge range of content creators
Not only gamers and vloggers but also something we call "faceless" channels, where no personal brand is involved
The significance of faceless YouTube has massively grown as traditional television transitions to the online world
