[EDITORIAL] I LEFT MY HEART IN OSLO

Assistant professor at China Maritime Studies Institute of the US Naval War College, @rdmartinson88, posted a photo of the location of Chinese survey ship Hai Da Hao.

According to the photo, the Chinese ship was seen near Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal in the West Philippine Sea. But according to the @dndphl Secretary @del_lorenzana that the Chinese Research Vessel Hai Da Hao has not been spotted near Bajo de Masinloc, contrary to the earlier reports.
