[EDITORIAL] I LEFT MY HEART IN OSLO

Not in San Francisco, but in Oslo, Norway... that must be the 'theme song' of Isko Moreno way back in 2016 when he travelled to Europe in his capacity as Manila Vice Mayor. A lot of questions entered my mind, so I decided to make a little research. Here's what I found out.

The first question is - what was the purpose of his visit to Europe at that time ?

But according to the @dndphl Secretary @del_lorenzana that the Chinese Research Vessel Hai Da Hao has not been spotted near Bajo de Masinloc, contrary to the earlier reports.

An Army trooper working on peace and development initiatives in Barangay Lahug, Tapaz, Capiz was brutally murdered by CPP-NPA-NDF, on August 11, just as the nation is showing its solidarity with the international community in commemorating International Humanitarian Law Month. Killed was Corporal Frederic K. Villasis, member of the 12th Infantry Battalion, who was deployed to conduct Community Support Program (CSP) activities.
